The Acre is above and beyond one of my favorite places to eat. The food is innovative and delicious, and fresh and everything you want in a modern restaurant. The service is focused on the customer and makes the entire experience even more pleasurable. Entrees and cocktails and desserts, I recommend them all! The owners even go out and forage for vegetables and locally sourced items for the menu. It doesnt get that much better IMO. Keep up the fantastic work! Thank you for always hooking us up with an amazing dinning experienceVegetarian options: Its all good!

The Acre is simply a must try spot. We’ve been going for over a year, the staff and owners are sweet as can be. They’re always bringing cool quirky takes on classics (chopped mushroom mixed into the meat in the burger), mind blowing originals (hen of the woods special), and doing so with a creative comfort food approach to the menu overall. I think every dish or drink they offer has at least one ingredient that they grew themselves on their farm on LI, and they do that not just in an unpretentious way, but in the process churn out some of the best food I’ve ever had. Their cocktails also slam, I highly recommend the Bloody Maria or the Tammy Margarita. Pictured: The Acre Benedict, Vegan Brunch Hash.

Wow! We decided to give this place a try and we were definitely not disappointed. The cocktails were just right and very refreshing. We started with the cheddar scallion biscuits which were very fluffy and the spread was delicious. I had the chicken sandwich and he had the burger, would definitely recommend both of them. Loved the vibe, service, cocktails and food. Definitely coming back!

Fried chicken sandwich was great, as were the smashed potatoes. Cool vibe inside, it’s cool to watch the kitchen work and you can be sure that your ingredients are top notch at this place!$12 for a cocktail, $17 for the sandwich - very reasonable!

Wow! For the price point, this place is incredible! I heard a lot about their shroom burger but decided to get the biscuit sandwich. I had a Passion Palmer and substituted whiskey for vodka as the waitress suggested. Some of the best brunch I've had in my old neighborhood!

We went for a dinner with friends from which one is a vegan and it was so nice and easy to accommodate her needs and requirements. The food was fresh and delicious, the service friendly and professional. We had the mushroom burger, the fava plate and the chicken pot pie and all was really great. We tried the Mother Simone drink as well and it was definitely worth it.Overall a very positive experience and can recommend it to everyone. We all wish the best to the restaurant and its staff! :)

The chicken sandwich is exceptional... as in one of the best I've ever had good. I am from New Orleans, so I take fried chicken pretty seriously. The chicken was moist and crispy, the sesame seed bun was soft, and the red potato salad was a nice balance and had a distinctive taste of summer in the south. Tip: ask for the hot sauce. Secret tip: Order the passion fruit Palmer!

Literal waste of time. We requested an outdoor seat for three and we're told 20-25 minutes. After 25 minutes they went to seat us just to tell us only two could sit at the table and the other person could sit alone behind them at another table. Where communication between friends wouldn't have been possible. They knew we were three and made us wait to tell us no. If you're a group of two you're probably fine. But I won't be going back due to the lack of ability to do their jobs.

Good food and good drinks. Food is 13-16.Good choice of cocktails and drinks. So far, I’ve tried the morning poutine and the breakfast biscuit, both of which I’ve liked. They have a pretty big space. You have more legroom and the tables are far from each other, which I really appreciate. I saw a family with a big stroller and no issue with the space.

Their fried chicken sandwich is delicious! I always substitute their side for the crunchy potatoes! Great flavor!!

What a wonderful surprise to walk in on a Sunday to a place like The Acre. Service, food, dinks and vibe was fantastic. We had a party of 4 and everyone loved their meals. I mentioned a food allergy and was provided what I wanted - but customized - without any pushback at all. Ridgewood is very lucky to have you guys at The Acre there. Thanks for a great time.

The food and service was great. Was shocked to see my son eat all his food, at his age he can be picky. I was also able to taste the mushroom sausage and if you didn’t tell me it was vegan, I would have never believed it.
