This place isn't what you think. The wings were frozen and the burger was topped with arugula and no tomato ruining the flavor. All the food tasted like a microwave cooked it and took forever to get to us. The guy server was very polite and do not blame him but the management for this understaffed establishment. Would not come here again or reccomend it for food.

Great place to chill out and forget your worries. Whether it's to hang or celebrate a birthday, this is the place to be! Nice vibrant atmosphere, good mix of music, great food and drinks! Many TV screens with different channels, but mostly, of sports. I enjoyed myself!

The penne vodka is to DIE FOR!! I come back for the pasta and for my favorite server, KELLY!! Truly a staple of the community and I always look forward to seeing her. She is a superstar and will always go above and beyond to take care of you. Come order the pasta, a margarita and Kelly!

Can only speak of the bar never had food. Drinks are over priced for the pour given they are more in line with a "cocktail bar" not a restaurant. Having ale house in your name made me think they'd have an expansive tap selection, WRONG, They have an average mix of average tap beers. I didn't get one so I cannot comment on if they use fake pints which are 13 oz or actual no one at the bar was drinking beer. Doubtful I'll ever go for drinks only again.

Awful awful place. Absolutely do not go here. Many things were terrible about this meal.1. The service was terrible and chaotic, they messed up our orders, took forever to come, left and came back in the middle of us ordering and we’re generally very rude and fed up with us for no reason.2. Simply - the food was not good. For example - I ordered the Bruschetta expecting to get bruschetta and the dish was actually 2 pieces of bread similar to a hot dog bun with fry pulled pork and semi-melted shredded cheese with pre-made guacamole on the side and they call that their “Bruschetta”. No one liked any of the food that they ordered.3. They didn’t have a lot of the drinks on the menu - about half of the beers and cocktails we ordered they said they didn’t have which seems absurd for 8pm on a Friday night at an “Ale house”4. The bill included an “18% tip” but it was actually much higher than 18% - obviously hoping we wouldn’t check. We confronted him and he was very rude about it so after this awful experience we didn’t put a tip on the check and instead put down a smaller cash tip on the table. The waiter assumed we didn’t tip and aggressively said “thanks for the zero” on the way out and we told him we put the tip on the table. It was an extremely unpleasant and aggressive experience and I will absolutely never be back here and I don’t recommend anyone to go here at all. This place has no redeeming qualities. If you do feel the need to go here for whatever reason - make sure you check your bill carefully on the way out,

Bad experience here. Be careful!!! My boyfriend and I were here on Sunday 10/29 around 2pm. Our waitress was a lady with black hair, had an accent, but wasn’t told her name.Let’s start off with how she was not very hospitable or attentive to begin with. The main issue however, was when we asked for our check at the end. She verbally told us our check total and it was a ridiculously high amount for the salad, wings, sandwich and drink that we got. She said it was $88 and “cash only” when we knew our total should’ve been around $60. When we questioned the price, she then went to tell us how she was able to bring it to $83, yet still no printed receipt was brought to us. When we asked her why she couldn’t give us the copy of our check she hesitated and went to print it out. After bringing it, we noticed under our food items, there was an item labeled “gratuity 18%” for $15. I am a server as well in NYC, i’m well aware that #1. gratuity on a check is going to be under the total and tax. Not added as an open item labeled “gratuity”. #2. I know that restaurants are not allowed to automatically add gratuity unless posted on the door, wall, or menu itself which it is was not. #3. The $15 added was more than 18% of the original check. This also means that when she originally told us the price $88 she tried to sneak $20 on our bill. When we brought this to her attention, the only thing she told us, was that she’ll take off the $15 as long as we tip her.She did not even warn us to begin with that she added the gratuity. If we didn’t notice these things we could’ve easily left a tip on top of this price “$88” that she told us at first. But clearly she assumed that we weren’t going to tip in the first place. Or maybe she did and she’s just at this restaurant scamming people. Be aware of your receipt at restaurants! ESPECIALLY HERE.

Really poor service, getting drinks took ~30 minutes, food took even longer. At the end of the meal we were brought the bill with an incorrect number of drinks charged, and an included 18% gratuity (not listed anywhere). Upon correcting the number of drinks, we realized the "18%" was more than 18% and the waiter was rather rude with the correction. After removing the gratuity from our bill and leaving a cash tip, the waiter yelled at me as I was leaving and made a nasty comment about "no tip". Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the area as there are much better establishments with more to offer and better service
