This is by far one of the best bagel shops in Queens. The prices are reasonable and the service is quick dispiritedthe fact that they do jot alwaysopen on time. However, customer service is the worst. The person who takes your order and cash is always rude. At times, they purposely tell you they don't have something or can't even cut a bagel because the machine isn't on. It's almost as though they do not want to work at this place, yet they are servicing customers....

I get that it’s tough to run a small business, so not trying to be overly critical. Came here at 10:30am on a Saturday and there was a big line which is totally understandable. But they only had two people working and were already down to only poppy, sesame, raisin and plain bagels. Took about 20 mins to get served. They mistakenly gave me a bacon egg and cheese when I had ordered sausage, and unfortunately the scallion cream cheese on my girlfriend’s bagel tasted funky and...

Great find whilst walking through Ridgewood.Quick service, very reasonably priced and the bagels were delicious.If you’re looking for a particular filling, make sure you go in early though as there was no pastrami by the time we’d got there at 1.30.The turkey, egg and cheese was still really good!
