If giving zero stars was an option, thats exactly what I would do!What a HORRIBLE experience!I door dashed a cake order 1 day ahead of when I needed it... I received a phone call from my DASHER (not baskin robbins) stating the store did NOT have the cake or the candles I ordered. What I ordered is not made at this location and there was nothing they could do to help me with this MAJOR INCONVENIENCE.My question is, why was my order reviewed and confirmed? Why did I not I receive a phone call from who ever confirmed my order to notify me that my order was not within this locations capabilities let alone, there were no supplies to make a simple ice cream cake?There was an attempt to call the locations "DM" who was absolutely useless.Point is, if you can avoid coming to this location- please do!

No stock of ANY flavors . Litreally vanilla, chocolate, strawberry ill go get my napoleon from walmart thanks! No Oreo , No custom flavors, no pinkbubblegum , no rainbow sherbert , No Flavors that are advertisted by baskin robbins

The was just standing around socializing instead of helping the line of customers. The place was absolutely filthy with no clean tables. Will go elsewhere.
