Always in and out. I place my order ahead of time on the mobile app and it's always ready for me. I prefer this location over the one that's closer to me (in the gas station on w main). I'll happily drive an extra 5 min for coffee that's made properly.

It is a clean and regular Dunkin Donuts place. The lady that took care of us was good and was smiling all the time. The other girl that was there was a little bit crancky because the other lady ask her for help and she said that she had not time for that. Obviously the help was for us, customers. Other guy that was there was able to help. That second girl needs to learn how team work really is all about.

Depending on the staff the drinks can either be great or mediocre. I told the staff for one less pump of the syrup then they normally do she said okay and I got my drink and it was too sweet. The store was completely empty so it’s not like she was in a rush, I would have said something but I didn’t notice until I was already 5 min away.
I was in the area and went to look up a bagel place, ironically noticed that this Dunkin had better reviews than the bagel places in the area….i thought that was interesting. When I walked in I noticed all the customers and staff had a good relationship seemed like they have plenty of regulars, my sandwich was pretty good so was the coffee. Can’t quite put it into words but I guess I would say they have a really good staff-customer satisfaction culture in this store.

I've been coming here for a while, and overall, it’s a decent spot. The coffee can be hit or miss depending on who’s making it, but when it’s good, it’s really good. The staff is generally friendly, although like anywhere, the experience can vary depending on who’s working.
One thing that does bother me is that during busy times, when the team is clearly short-staffed and overwhelmed, the manager doesn't seem to step in to help. In my opinion, a good manager should jump in when needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. Instead, it often feels like he just walks around or stays in the back, which is frustrating to see when the staff clearly could use an extra hand.
That said, I appreciate the staff who work hard and stay kind even when things get hectic. Hopefully management can improve in supporting their team during peak times.
App orders are always ready by the time I get there. Long lines are quickly mitigated by the friendly staff. A+
