Whoever y’all have answering phone calls u need to change them asap. Very very rude, impatient, and hangs the phone up on you will your in the middle of talking. I called to place my order and before I was done talking she said “okay 15 minutes good bye “ and hanged up . I called back and she did the exact same shit . Very terrible customer service. Fry pan is in the parking lot over all the way in the right corner. They have better food and customer service

My office ordered food here yesterday and this has to be the worst Chinese place ever ! A 1/2 hour after eating my chicken n broccoli I had severe cramps with explosive diarrhea! And only ate about 1/3 of it as every bite was more and more 🤢 I will never ever get food here again !

Our office ordered from here yesterday and everyone was disgusted by their food. My general tso chicken tasted like mildew and the rice was clearly not made that day. My coworkers got grey beef which they didn't eat. I ended up with horrible diarrhea and will never eat here again. This place needs a surprise health inspection as of yesterday. This place should be shut down. Do not eat here unless you want to get sick.

Everything was very good. The shrimps in the egg foo young were moist and delicious. The rice was so good. Even the brown sauce, which I don’t usually like, was good! And the honemade hot mustard sauce was great. I haven’t had such good chinese food in a lobg time. It was our first time there. I always wonder if restaurants know your a new customer and therefore make the food really good. Hopefully they’ll stay this good. My mouth is happy!

I really enjoy coming to this place. I’ve never encountered any issues during my visits. The staff has always been kind, and I’ve never experienced any rudeness. Of course, there are cultural differences that people should be more mindful of — sometimes what might be perceived as abruptness is simply a difference in communication style. In my experience, being friendly and taking a moment to ask how someone's day is going goes a long way in building a positive interaction. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its welcoming atmosphere and consistent service.

Lobster Wok has the best Chinese food on the East End! I have lived most of my life in Manhattan and eaten at many Chinese restaurants in the city. Lobster Wok could hold its own there. Like all of the best real Chinese restaurants in China Town the decor is utilitarian but the food is delicious and plentiful. It is family owned and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
