The west coast burger is genuinely the best, make sure if it’s in season to get it. Raisy was also the nicest and most accommodating server I’ve ever had at any Shake Shack.
Great service and food was on point. The dining area is a bit loud

Straws are unavailable at the condiment table; and although a shake was included in the order, no straw accompanied it.
Also our order ( complimentary according to the checkout/order terminal), didn’t accompany the order. We were obliged to request it.
Food quality served to counteract the Service issues, but not enough for a 5/5 rating.
