Vibe of this place was off. Guy at the front desk didn't take my order correctly and took a good 5 minutes to even register the order. The girl who made the drink was mad when I asked her to make the correct thing. The drink was still off and had no taste whatsoever, and she was very passive aggressive. Not fond of the policy that allow people to bring pets and big dogs into the place.
I ordered the smallest refresher and it was still almost $7 and it was more than halfway full with ice! Never again
This place is nice and all, staff is good as well.
But my main issue is that they don’t accept coupons and offers from the rewards app they offer. I had a coupon where you get any size drink free with purchase, and was told in store that they didn’t accept that. So I decided to try a mobile order, and turns out I have to pay with a gift card for 10$
(I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and a cookie and it came out 12$ at that location).
