I really think Starbucks should take hiring a bit more seriously. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across staff who are either surprisingly rude or just don’t seem to know the basic policies — which is kind of shocking for a company of this size.

My last visit was honestly the breaking point. I canceled my order after the barista smirked and laughed at my perfectly normal question about a drink. I guess customer service isn’t part of the training anymore?

I really love Starbucks, and usually go in one at Southampton, love the people working there and the atmosphere amazing!
But NOT this place, unfortunately.

At 8:50 AM, they refused to serve me because they said they not open yet. At my question what time you guys open she said at 8, I said why you cannot do a coffee for me. She responded she don’t have a time and we are still closed how you cannot understand I don’t have a stuff. Was her answer. Unbelievable

Disappointing. I made my purchase thinking that they were going to add the points to my account and the very rude Hispanic girl yelled at me and, very upset, said that it was no longer possible and the one who helped me did not explain that to me before. How rude. Then they both laughed at me like a joke 🤬😡😡😡😡 How disappointing. This has never happened to me before in other stores like this one.

Black venti pike was fresh made. Friendly service. Only issue, I asked for ice water and the barista became distracted and didn’t provide me with it. Overall though? Can’t really complain.

They looked at me like I was INSANE for asking for something all other Starbucks have and gave me a “I have no idea what you’re talking about” instead of a “sorry ma’am we don’t have that” while also being incredibly unclear. Such rude

Second time I’ve ordered just a regular coffee and it was barely warm and tasted like it had been burned. Light roast coffee shouldn’t taste like dark roast coffee.Seems like the overall quality of the majority of Starbucks locations has drastically decreased recently.

Went there today at 8am horrible customer service worker couldn’t even acknowledge that I was standing in front of her and was very rude and held an attitude.
