Once again another Subway that doesn't honor any of the coupons and has an attitude about everything.

I still spent my money in there and I said thank you to the woman and she just takes my money and gives me a receipt and walks away. In this country have a little more class and be thankful when people are spending their hard-earing money SMH

This subway location is supposed to open at 8am... Even if it was 9am they should be open. Sitting in front of the subway right now at 9:03am and the lady just walked in to open it. This subway has really gone down hill. Also extremely rude lady.

Horrible service. The ladies who work there are very mean. I feel like I am disrupting their day every time I walk in. Yesterday I had an especially bad experience. My younger sister had ordered two of the dippers… one with just cheese and one with cheese/pepperoni. She always gets them with nacho cheese as dipping sauce, as this is offered as a dipping sauce on the menu. Not only was the ordering process difficult due to the employee’s rudeness but it was also completely wrong… this has been a more common occurrence in my recent orders. On top of the dippers being incorrect (sister received one with just pepperoni and the other with chicken), she was told that she could not get nacho sauce as a dipping sauce for the dippers because it is ‘meant for other menu options, not the dippers’. Overall, not very welcoming.. the negative atmosphere and rudeness of the employees ruins every visit. This Subway used to be a favorite with the previous employees.

They didn't honor our coupons and the woman started helping someone else.. in the middle of me giving her my order. Rude . and a dirty run down shop

I ordered a sandwich and sent my parent to pick up the order for me to be told that someone had already picked it up and that they "checked" the name on the phone and without checking the orders gave it to them what kind of security method is this? So, if you have a generic name, someone can just take your sandwich, then they tell me to cancel the order, but the app already said ready so i cant cancel it and they wont give me my money back or my sandwich they told me they couldnt do anything until i mentioned calling my bank then they magically in a matter of seconds were able to make another one it just makes no sense. after this subway got their new owner, it has been terrible service.

Absolutely terrible customers service. I order online and am told I didn't order anything there and would have to call corporate. Then told id have to get a refund direct from the store. So I have to go back only for them to magically "find" my order.

Fast food got too expensive. For 2 wraps, cookies, and 2 small drinks I ended up paying $35 dollars. It’s not worth the money

My brother went in with coupons. There was no sign saying that they did not take coupons. Therefore he says the coupons can be used online. When I check there’s no way to redeem the said coupons. This place is horrible and it’s almost every subway that says they changed their policy to no coupons

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to try and grab a sandwich and eat but they stated no bathroom. I said oky no problem I’ll head somewhere else and the lady scoffed at me literally scoffed at me. I took horrible offense to this. I eat subway all across the island and most experiences are okay-fine this one just made me leave the place All together if your in riverhead do yourself a favor and try the other subway or another sandwich shop near by AVOID AT ALL COSTS
