“The food is amazing. Had the pulled pork for lunch. It was cooked perfectly, not smothered in BBQ sauce. You just enjoy the taste of the pork....sweet potatoes, cole slaw and cornbread were great. Everyone was very friendly and owner walked around and said hello.“

“Very very cool OG diner serving a simple classic and delicious menu. Their pancakes, especially the blueberry are amazing.. fluffy, with a perfect thin buttery crust around the outside. Lolly the owner still cooks there on Wednesdays snd the place was packed and I loved how everyone knows her and she knows everyone's names. Eggs and omelets were cooked perfectly. And Lolly cooked the potatoes by where she was cooking the sausages and bacon so all that yumminess and flavor was mixed together. Server kept the drinks flowing and always checked in with us. I'm so glad this place is still not only surviving but thriving!“

My friend and I concluded a brewery crawl we were doing here at Long Ireland Beer. They didn't have N/A beer for me to drink, I opted for a seltzer.

The atmosphere here seemed cool, kind of on the German beer decor side in my opinion but still cool.

This was the most crowded brewery of all the ones I went to in Riverhead. Still a cool place despite lacking N/A beer.“

““Wow!” I took one bite of the steak taco and just said “oh my God” like five times- WOW ! Amazing flavor. Amazing amazing amazing ! Three tacos and a side of rice and beans were enough for me and I usually get six tacos at other places that I may never go back to again lol. No joke- these were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had and I’m originally from Jackson Heights, Queens- so I’ve basically tried every type of taco possible - beef- chicken- Al Pastor- everything aside from lengua. If you like tacos- what are you waiting for ?!? I’m already planning my trip back !“

If you're not a member or want to check it out, please don't stop here, they have a location on Love Lane in Mattituck where you can try their wine and decide to join. It's worth becoming a member, wine is excellent and prices are very reasonable.“

“Private vineyard for members only however the host here was gracious enough to let us stay. Note. It was 1pm on a Thursday. Shared a bottle of "the hill" 2020 with a friend along with some snacks. Intense complexity especially for long island wine. Mostly cab franc based which this vineyard vinifies nd grow excellently. After one visit I'm more than ready to sign up for a membership“

“We had dinner there last night. The food was great. Their stuffed oysters were the best we’ve ever had. Everything else was great too. My only complaint is that the owner needs to really advertise and show some signage of where this place is. It was virtually dead/empty. People need to know where to find you. You are finally in a great spot. Much bigger and people need to know where you are. Put some signs up and advertise your place like crazy on social media. “There Sunday early. The new decor etc is fabulous, wait staff perfect. Problem was the air conditioning was high and the place wss very cold, causing the food and coffee to be very cold. Temp outside was 63 degrees!!“

The rest of the staff follows his lead, providing service that is absolutely excellent and always so nice. They greet you with a genuine smile even on the busiest mornings.

“Wonderful and very clean with a great open atmosphere. The dinner buffet was loaded with great seafood and even included fresh sushi. The price was good for the quality. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great evening.“

“How many restaurants can entertain and satisy 22 people? The food was perfect and everyone raved about their selection. They put us in the back area, so we were not disturbing the other customers, or perhaps we were back there, so we were not being distracted. First, they brought waters and then took our orders asking how people wanted their meals prepared. Then soup or salad, fried rice with spinning eggs, a fire show, and lots of friendly chatter. There were a few squirts of saki in people's mouths and some airborn broccoli. Then came the meat , fish or vegetables. Everyone received a generous portion of fried rice and vegetables. With a tip, it averaged $20.00. The servers were very friendly. One person ordered sushi and sat with the rest of us. Only one person had enough on their plate for take home. Everyone asked to schedule another luncheon here, so we will be back. While we were waiting for everyone to arrive, Marge commented about all the high volume takeout service.“
