809 take out is my go to place for Spanish cuisine they offer a variety of foods and the staff is very friendly. They support local organizations with their donations. They also have tropical sodas and delicious desserts like flan tres leches and more.
Food is great customer however I did a door dash order and requested yellow rice with pork. That’s not what I got so I called and explained that I requested yellow rice and I over hear the lady on the phone telling her mother that it clearly said white rice and she goes well the pork comes with yellow rice. That’s not how you do customer service. If you have different options and we choose them that what we expect to get!
First time going here, I didn't know how to order but the lady explained how to do so. She explained what they had and how it was cooked. Great experience, I plan on coming back.
