3 star because the ice cream was good, but abbotts custard is always good. Unfortunately the girl behind the counter was not very pleasant, we seemed to be bothering her and just in her way. The waffle cone and oreos were stale too. Only the custard was good but not worth the extra for the waffle cone or toppings
In Rochester area for the weekend and always look for local homemade ice cream. Abbott's seemed to be the place to try. I like frozen custard and was even more interested that they serve scooped frozen custard, I often see this as a soft serve. It was a rainy cold day but that didn't deter the custard eaters as there were quite a few guests who came it while we were there. I think they had 4-6 flavors available fresh and lots of packed pints of other flavors to go....
