Pints are not full or frozen. It will look like a milkshake by the time you get home. If you want a full frozen pint go to Charlotte. This is nothing new they just don’t want you to get a full pint.

Can't believe Abbott's lets this place use its name. No one working there knows what they are doing, leading to long waits, orders all wrong, and weird ice cream. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
Judging on flavor alone this is a 10 out of 10 for me. Rich, chocolately hot fudge, real whipped cream , creamy, rich vanilla frozen custard. Delicious
