Are you rich and floating in cash? If not, don't go. Super expensive for no reason. Go to McDonald's for $1 cone and be more satisfied. Over $5 for a small kids that had two bites in it. Don't support businesses that overcharge for the simple joys in life.

Bill Gray's is a true local place. I always come back every time I'm visiting Rochester. I love their fries and always get them with gravy. It always hits the spot. And I get a kiddie vanilla ice cream. It wasn't the best consistency when I got it, but it still hit the spot. A cheeseburger meal, side of fries, and tiny ice cream were about $25. I guess it doesn't break the bank, but it's more expensive than I remembered. :/

Eater: old-fashioned drive-in; amazing Zweigle’s frankfurters; the "Ground Round Sandwich" hamburger was excellent

The burgers are good, service is friendly

Employees can work on their customer service, no greeting , and doesn't say have a great day. Also, the online ordering system doesn't have the option to choose 'well done' for burgers.

Great product. Vanilla almond was wonderful.

Ordered onion rings to go. They were sopping in grease. So much grease it soaked the bag thoroughly (see pic) which then got on my console. I had to dry off a few rings with paper towel which also soaked the paper towel. They also had a fishy aftertaste. I threw the rest of the bag out. You are going to make people sick! Also how often do you change your oil?

I have been to Rochester many times and always avoided this place because I thought it was just going to be a just a grease burger place. I was wrong, it's a delicious grease burger place and different enough to be unique. The family really liked it!
Great food, friendly staff and atmosphere is nice also. My fiancé loves there fish fry and I usually grab a burger on fridays and we're always getting coupons in the mail as well.

Abbott's Frozen Custard is about the best frozen custard you can get anywhere. Sadly, they know this, and they charge you a whole lot for it. It's unfortunate. The days of making your customers happy with a good value are long gone, now it's all about the money grab.

Was stopping by in Rochester to get my girlfriends nails done at #1 Nails on Dewey and passed by a couple of Bill Gray's. As a man, you get hungry while waiting for mail stuff to get done. As a fries connoisseur, I love me a mean French fry. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Bill Gray's knows how to get it done. I will be back to try the other menu items in the future.

What happened to this place? Fries were almost raw, onion rings were cold, bacon on the cheeseburger was really rubbery and the cheese was barely melted. Their is no excuse for having cold food that was obviously cooked much earlier than my arrival. Never again
