Used to be a favorite, NEVER AGAIN, blew me off standing there, trying to place take out order, irrelevant at that point that your phones were down, and seated several people that got there after me without reservations, apparently had no idea hiw to take an order without the phone

Homemade Italian bread warm right out of the oven melted in our mouths. Servings were so large that we all needed containers to take at least half of our meals home. Eight people in our party and not a single complaint. This is a great restaurant with very reasonable prices for the quality and amount of food provided. Very good service.

Got together with my cousins and my niece. There were five of us we had reservations and were seated right away. We were not rushed. The food was delicious. We all got something different, and everybody was pleased to beyond expectation. The service was incredible and the atmosphere is very nice. It was my second time to this restaurant and it has become my favorite Italian after decades of thinking my favorite would always the one in Irondequoit. The one in Irondequoit is great I’m not saying it is not but man this one hits the spot.

Dinner with cousins!! Life is short and special invitations to dinner don’t happen all that often. I am an East side girl and haven’t gone to Agatina’s in quite some time. I was happy to be back. The chicken pastina soup had great flavor. The bread was hot. The portions were huge. The gnocchis were melt in your mouth and the sauce is amazing.The peanut butter pie had lots of whole peanuts. All of the desserts were awesome and everyone was happy to have leftovers to enjoy again. Our corner, round table was the perfect spot to share and enjoy a wonderful conversation about family memories. I hope your visit here is as enjoyable as mine was!

Stopped here after our first restaurant choice was too packed to even seat reservations at 5 on a Friday. Agatina's was happy to seat us as long as they could have the table back in an hour to accommodate their own reservations, and that was fine with us. Service was immediate and the food was excellent, in tremendously huge portions. The fettuccine carbonara was rich and flavorful and I could barely make a dent in it; my husband's chicken asiago included two large cutlets and lots of veggies in a delicious wine sauce. A quintessential Italian American east coast dining experience in a light modern atmosphere. Glad we took a chance, we'll be back!

It's ok for Italian food. I have had worse but definitely have had better. I got the Alfredo with chicken and broccoli. The sauce was a little too thin for my liking. I like a thicker Alfredo sauce. I thought the portion was a little small compared to some other places. Don't get me wrong it was ok but not in my top 5.

This is a very comfortable, slightly fancy, and very good Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is a little upscale and still welcoming. The service is bith friendly and professional. The food is outstanding. It's a great place for dinner most any time or occasion.

Can't complain about food service or ambiance because I cannot even get a reservation. Have called two days in a row and 5 times got a recording to call back later and to NOT leave a message. You couldn't leave a message if you wanted to because the recording then says that the inbox is full. And twice the phone was answered, but I was hung-up on. I wanted a table for 8 on Saturday night but couldn't take a chance on waiting another day to see if I could possibly get through and decided to call the Brook House. They answered on the first ring and 30 seconds later had my reservation. I don't know if they are short staffed or what, but very frustrating.

Our dinner was beyond excellent. First time patronizing this establishment. My only issue is I ordered a glass of wine, and got half a glass of wine. I didn't ask for half. I waitressed and when people would ask for a glass of wine, they got a whole glass. We treated ourselves to a exceptional meal, spent $160.00 not including tip for 2 people, but got a half a glass of wine ? Not right, can't explain that on inflation. I probably paid the price of a fill glass .
