A friend introduced me to Aja. Its one of my favorite places now. I have tried some of the other bowls - the spices tend to get a little to hot for me. I always stick with Beef Pad Tie... so good! Side note, if you pay with cash, they give you a $5 gift certificate back (usually have to use within the next month or so)
Wildly inconsistent. It seems like l never get the same dish prepared exactly the same way twice. For example, the cabbage rolls...sometimes the tofu is cubed, sometimes it's scrambled. Sometimes a dish will taste very different from the last time I had it. This can be good, but sometimes it can be a bit disappointing, if you really liked a dish the last time you had it. I loved it. Love the place, it has very good vibes and the food is very good too. I tasted the chicken Orange with rice and was exactly how I expected. I'll keep going and keep posting.
