I’ll start with the good. The burger was delicious at 12Am after a few drinks. Here’s the bad; and it’s probably the worst I’ve seen: The “lady”/beast with the “Barbie” or whatever tattooed above her eyebrow has probably the worst attitude I’ve ever seen waiting staff give….in my life. I’m not even talking about with my order, I’m referring to her general interactions. She was snippy, looked bothered by everyone and was worthless. I could tell people felt really uncomfortable interacting with her; and she will be the death of this burger joint. Here’s some examples: She kicked someone out looking to plug her totally dead phone in that was just trying to get an Uber home. Her excuse was the outlets exploded recently, and caught fire (there was no evidence of this). If that’s the issue the place shouldn’t be open and the owners should fix that. The beast yelled at some kid that didn’t bring his receipt up to the counter; “this is why I told you to bring your receipt”. And finally “Barbie” yelled at a couple ladies that went to use the ATM for using the ATM. If I ever go back I will honestly walk out if I see this swamp monster behind the counter. It’s a shame, the know how to make tasty food.

Super Average - better off at marks Texas hots. However, what the problem is is the workers. In todays society, it’s as if it’s become cool/fashionable to have poor people/customer skills. It’s as if these kids nowadays think it’s cute lol. But the girls I’ve dealt with at this establishment are just unnecessarily off putting and unapproachable. Short answers, horrible tone, lack of simple greeting or smiles. However, a light skinned girl with braids was the only exception I’ve seen thus far in the few visits I’ve had at this place - she seemed like a sweetheart. But to the other girls, if you don’t like people or don’t want to deal with people in general…then don’t have a customer facing job. You might think the sassiness or whatever is cute, but it’s not - especially in customer service and It actually reflects poorly on you as well as the business

I ordered a deep fried cheeseburger and I was horrified at the taste of it…The burgers ARE FROZEN PATTIES? that taste like the freezer… The bread was DROWNED IN BUTTER making my sandwich weigh about 5lbs…The serving of French fries for $5 was the size of a McDonald’s KIDS small fry topped with TONS OF CAJUN SEASONINGS! Cheap CRINKLE CUT FRIES…I’ll never return..I feel bad for the drunk patrons that waste their money here when it could go towards MORE DRINKS INSTEAD???\u200d♀️

Walked in with my friend at about 1:00am after the bar looking forward to a garbage plate. Walked in and the girl said very rudely “we don’t have a public bathroom” we didn’t need a bathroom… just wanted some food. After that rude comment we continued to place our order and my friend asked what the “special sauce” is. The same rude girl said “it’s a mayonnaise based sauce, I can’t give anymore details” again, very rude. As if we were planning on stealing the recipe like we’re at the Krusty Crab. After we paid, I said you didn’t have to be so rude about all of this. She said how am I being rude and I explained what I just said above. She proceeded to cancel our order and told us to leave. I asked to speak to a a manger and apparently she is the manager. Big yikes for this place if the manager is treating customers like this. I assume she is definitely not the main manager or owner. Have never had such a terrible experience. Absolutely disgusted on how we were treated at this establishment. I will tell everyone I know not to go here!!

First and last time eating or going here went with family after a outing on East Ave ordered the chicken tenders open my tray it’s a chicken sandwich told them it wasn’t what I ordered they went hard saying it was after the people I was with assured me that I ordered the tenders ... sandwich was horrible it was literally a frozen chicken patty on a bun and if I ordered a sandwich why was I not asked what I wanted on it condiment wise ...but in other news a dollar mcChicken from McDonald’s is a 1000percent better thanks for nothing also before charging people quality prices at-least invest in quality food extremely over priced ... for what is served it’s “five guys” prices and microwaved TV dinner quality ALSO I’m not one to leave reviews or complain but my experience brought me here
