Anatolia Mediterranean Grill

We did a morning hike near Lake Ontario and stopped here for lunch. My wife had gyro sandwich and I had a burger with eggplant sauce and red lentil soup. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent and VERY pleasant. We would definitely enjoy eating here again.

Absolutely loved my experience here! Beautiful lake view, authentic Turkish dishes, and the gyro and lamb were perfectly juicy and flavorful. The dessert selection is stunning, and the Turkish coffee was the perfect finish. Plus, they just launched a new rewards program with $5 off—such a nice bonus! Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Turkish flavors!

We had originally chosen this place due to its ratings. For beign first timmers, the place was really nice inside, with some good views around/ outside the restaurant.

Unfortunately the problem was inside the restaurant.

Starting with the service, it wasn't great, we had long waiting times just to order, despite of being ready or not, no one was checking on our table, until they finally decided to ask.

To get the check and pay WE had to get up and look for the waitress to pay or if we wanted to order dessert, instead of them checking on our table. Of course that due to the long waiting times we were not going to get anything else.

I believe the worst part was that becuase of all this plus seeing that other people/tables were getting all the attention needed as customers we all felt discriminated. We were a table of Spanish customers and we all felt the same way.

This is a shame since i personally never felt this way in any restaurant. We also chose this place for its ratings but they did not live up to them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

What a fantastic little restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and tasteful, with views of the lake from your table. And then there was the food… every dish was truly delicious!! We got appetizer, chicken and lamb grill plates and baklava. Worth checking out this place
