We went to Angelina’s for dinner on Halloween night. Impeccable is how I would describe the experience. The drink menu was incredible, food was truly shareable with portion sizes that reflect the price.
The carrots and the arancini are heavenly and not to be missed. I was so into the meal that I forgot to take photos, save one of the short rib!
Go the Angelina’s!

A gem in this neighborhood - coming from NYC, we’ve been looking for a staple spot to enjoy quality small plates - with a relaxed atmosphere. Angelina’s checks all those boxes. The short rib was unreal.

A trendy corner spot in the center of Southwedge Neighborhood. The bar is in a separate space from the restaurant, but the atmosphere connects through music. The service was very friendly and attentive. The menu is very creative, and changes seasonally. The appetizer was hands down my favorite dish. My friend and I split the Spanish Goat Cheese dip, that came with fried crackers. It was unbelievable!! The chicken cutlet had incredible crunch, which the chicken was juicy. It’s one of the more straightforward traditional dishes for the less daring. The carbonara was rich, creamy, and very flavorful, with a creative spin. I highly recommend the ice tea.

Amazing drinks and service. They have multiple vegetarian meals as well. All that I tried so far have been excellent. Recommend the brussel sprouts!

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Rochester! Love that the menu updates to accommodate local food items in season. The food is always incredible and clearly cooked with care. The wait staff are very knowledgeable and are always able to answer any questions I have if there’s something on the menu I don’t recognize. You can really tell the people that work at this restaurant love what they do and enjoy working there. The drinks are always on point and absolutely delicious, too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went last night with friends and were treated like VIPs. Fried green tomatoes, oysters, and the crab fettuccine were all incredible. But the lobster roll, which I generally find to be way too pricey for what you actually get, was truly a standout.
Extra shout-out to the bar staff and our amazing server.

The food was decent, it was good but not great. Very expensive. In fact, one of my table mates ordered a nightly special. We were never told the price of the special and assumed it would be close to menu prices. Nope, it was a $65 meal. Imagine the shock when we got the bill. Shame on us for not asking, but shame on them for not being honest on the exorbitant price of the special. One other note, it's extremely noisy in there. The place was maybe 1/4 full and we struggled to hear each other. The staff were very friendly. But honestly, I don't think I would return.

I was visiting from Florida and a friend took me to Angelina’s for dinner. The ambiance was exceptional. I ordered the linguine with crabmeat large portions which I thought was excellent! I topped it off with dessert and couldn’t decide between the birthday cake or chocolate cake so I ordered both to share and in my opinion it’s a must have! Definitely going back on my next visit !

Angelina’s absolutely went above and beyond every one of our expectations. This was one of the best meals we’ve had. The crab dip was spectacular, great crab linguini, and the chicken special was probably the best chicken I’ve ever had. Will was such a warm and welcoming server. We truly enjoyed the time we spent here and will be returning soon.

My friends and I had the best time at Angelina’s! We celebrated a friend’s engagement and our server, Ellen, made sure that we had the best time ever. The food was excellent- highly recommend the biscuits. Drinks were great and the atmosphere was excellent. Great options for dietary concerns such as veggie or GF which was great to see. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

In a market packed with excellent restaurants, Angelina's still manages to stand out as a cut above the rest! Do not hesitate to come in and experience their seasonal menu, that's crafted to encourage sharing (though you're not forced to!). The service was knowledgeable, unobtrusive, but still very attentive. Ambiance is warm and familiar, with fresh flowers on the table. Every dish our table of 3 tried was excellent, and we were blown away by the different tastes! Of note: gnudi were outstanding, as were the mushrooms. Many vegetarian options, some vegan, and a variety of gluten free, all well labeled. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as it's on street, but it's worth it in the end! Please forgive the not clean plates in the pictures...I just couldn't help myself and started eating before I remembered to pull out my camera. That's how good it was!
