Went to have lunch with someone and have a nice afternoon very good food and service was very good

The waitress was very slow and disorganized, it took her a while to bring things, the food arrived first before the margaritas and when she brought the food she forgot the cutlery, the potatoes were too salty and the ribs were cold with too much BBQ sauce and finally I told her that I needed napkins and it seems that she went to the store to look for it, in short my experience was unpleasant since I am from the Bronx, NY

Dietary restrictions: Option of salt and barbecue sauce since it is very sweet and there are diabetics and people with high blood pressure, etc.

Overall it was bad from the place being dirty, to mice running around, food wasn't great. Will not be going back to that one

Our poor waiter was overworked but sadly that led to minimal service, our chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly ( as shown above, supposedly the same sauce… we had to reorder because it was FREEZING ) and it smelt like a mixture of terribly old oil and sewage. I don’t typically write reviews unless it’s astonishing or just downright nearly inedible. If you want a similar vibe that lives up to expectations I recommend the Chili’s in Victor! :)

This is the 3rd time I have ordered Applebees car side to go from the Irondequoit store.
The first time they never even made the food even though they had the order and charged my credit card. I had to wait for them to actually make the food.
The second time I waited 30 minutes in a car side to go spot before going in to ask. They gave me cold food that had been sitting on the counter the whole time.
Tonight after checking in and doing everything I was supposed to and still noone came out. After another 20 minutes I called back and was put on hold for a while when the girl came back on the line and told me that gave my food to someone else.
They had to remake my order.

3 strikes and you're out! I'm done with ordering anything from this place. They should get rid of car side to go because they clearly don't have any idea how to run it smoothly.

Too bad, really wanted to enjoy it here. Service was non existent, beer was flat, app was too salty, washroom was stinky, and booths were dirty.

This place is ridiculous it used to be our favorite spot for wings and drinks now it’s not due to undercooked wings we told the manager on duty and he took it off the bill which wasn’t good enough so today the general manager calls and offer ten dollars electric gift card like are you serious smh and had the nerve to say we don’t know it was food poisoning or not no care in the world we will not be back Chili’s will be our spot for now on

I can honestly say that the food and service was astounding! I will confess that we were a bunch (there were 7 of us) coming in at 10:20pm at night. Admittedly not the best timing because we were coming in so late on a week night... but we were just getting out of a magic lecture and needed some food. We were a little tepid at first, but warmed up after we showed the staff a couple of magic tricks. We had a wonderful time! Thank you kindly! Have a glorious day!

Great service and it was clean

We went to Applebee’s in Irondequoit. The service was fast the waitress smiled and the prices were great. The manager came over to see how everything was and was very professional.

I’ve never had a correct order at this location. There is always part of the order missing. The last time I was there we ordered two meals and there was something missing from BOTH meals. Going out of my way to go to a different location from now on. If you go to this one, good luck!
