God knows I'll do my part from now on.
Other than providing employment, which apparently our server could take or leave, there's little or no redeeming quality to this chain, no matter what town it lies in.
I've been to the Irondequoit and the Greece locations and they're interchangeable, which is an intentional ruse.
It's truly an awful place to consume food.
Find somewhere else to eat.
Anywhere will do.

Me and my fiance go here for dinner and it is one of our favorite date night locations. They were accommodating of my disabilities/mobility aids, the manager brought us food and checked on us himself, the servers where all very kind. Having experience in management with the food industry i continue to be very happy and impressed with how much they go above and beyond with there costumer service (and the food and drinks are delicious).

If you like tough steaks, this is the place to come. The steak was not tender at all. I had to wait to be seated with numerous open tables and no host at the reception. Very disappointing.

My friend and I went in, she ordered our appetizer which we didn’t get until we were beyond ready to leave, our drinks didn’t arrive till over 20 minutes after we were there. We only saw our server maybe 3 times, the person who I think was the manager wasn’t very helpful I told them my friends food got delivered incorrectly which they responded with “we don’t even have that” but it was clear as to what I was talking about even if I had named the dish incorrectly and then proceeded to say “not to throw anyone under the bus..” and talked about how the server had just stopped being busy but as someone who works in the restaurant industry I understand to a certain extent but it was NOT busy by the time we got there and the server serving us was not attending any of their tables as other customers there had to ask for other people to attend to them as well. The server serving the table next to us went to ALL of her table over 7 times in the time our server had been to ours maybe twice. I don’t usually complain but this was the worst experience I have ever had dining out. We asked the server for boxes and to fix our checks which she never delivered it was delivered by a different employee.

Surprisingly great, the food was so delicious and the atmpsphere and service was wonderful. I went to the one in Greece, New york amd just thinking about it makes me crave that grilled cheese burger. The location and surrroundings made me feel like I waa in a different town
