Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our food was good, prices were good our server was given a large group 20+ people. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes just to get our bill. I asked for the manager via the hostess, but she got our server. So, I did not get to speak with a manager.

3/9/25. Spent 2 hours here 230-430. Not too packed but busy. Seated everyone on one side of the restaurant. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated waited 20 minutes before waitress came over. In that times we already decided what to eat..Drinks took another 20 minutes.. then food comes out cold, hair in salsa, wrong order..dishes pilled up on our table with hardly any room to eat. Horrible slow service.thank goodness for the kiosk on the table to pay the bill, which we ended doing because waiting on refills, to go boxes and the check seemed forever.. never got the boxes or check or refills.Disgusting ladies room! Service and food went down tremendously. Gross!!

On 3/7/2025 my mom and I went to the greece location my mom order the shrimp special and it was extremely spicy. This is the third time in 3 months that we have visited this location and the food wasn't good the first time was in January we had 4 people our food got mixed up and wasn't cooked correctly the second time my ten year old niece told the waitress she wanted the kids chicken taco they served her chicken tender which she didn't eat they made her the chicken taco but it took over 30 minutes to get it needless to say after the time 3 strike and that's it for us we won't be going back to Applebee's any time soon

Food was good however there was a promotion sign on the table that said “ Your drink is free if we don’t suggest one of our featured beverages” and an older gentlemen took our drink order and said they had Pepsi products. When I asked about the promotion the gentleman insisted he said “Pepsi products and flavored lemonades” which was a little vague. I didn’t question him cause I didn’t really care about the money but I felt like the promotion wasn’t being honored.

Great food fast service

Currently they have a 9.99/12.99 menu. This includes cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches with different toppings and limitless fries and soft drinks. I have not been here in 3-4 years and was not disappointed by the 9.99 Burger and fries. Truly worth the stop if your looking for a good sandwich. Kitchen was on top of things and everything for our table took just 15 minutes and was piping hot.

This place is an absolute dump, even after they updated the floors. Before even getting into the building, they have death trap pot holes in their parking lot that my family member fell in. We let the manager know, her response “I’ll go outside and look into it” didn’t offer anything to clean out the injury or ever return back to our table (never went outside either). While we were eating our table was bombarded by SEWER FLIES. In the dead of winter on a 9 degree day, we were swatting flies off our food like peasants. NEVER. AGAIN. I have absolutely no desire to ever eat there and definitely contacting corporate. Absolutely, wildly, unbelievably DISGUSTING.

I ordered a very simple Clubhouse Turkey sandwich with no tomatoes. It comes back with tomatoes and a singular slice of thin Turkey, felt like I was eating 2 pieces of bread with some sauce in the middle. Waitress was very nice and had it re-done to go for me. They took the first one off my bill but still ended up paying almost $80 for 2 mediocre sandwiches, 2 drinks, and a small plate of boneless wings. To top it off, when I got home to eat the fixed sandwich it was smothered in sauce and so wet and soggy I couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart. So tonight I got to spend $80 to go hungry.
