The food was ok. The table was dirty. They sat me by the takeout door, so I kept getting blasted by cold air. My server,Ryan, was good, but the staff looked overly busy like they were short staffed.

Had to wait for a table even though lots were open. Lots of calls in left a few people trying to take care of everyone at the restaurant. We decided to try The Big Meals for $11.99. Everything tasted like pure salt. I couldn’t eat mine. My husband ate some of his because he was hungry. We won’t be back again.

I ordered Spinach dip from here and it looks old and its very watery. I was watching someone from Florida try there spinach dip and theirs looked totally different than mine, his dip was very fresh and the spinach was very green, there was even cheddar cheese on top of the dip that made it look delicious. However the dip i got here in Rochester looks and tasted horrible.

It is unfortunate that today they provide poor customer service. It took them more than 10 minutes to assign a seat, and given the case that they did not have any customers, and to top it off, I do not know why the waitress offered me a dirty table, the area, a complete disaster of food, that is the service that was offered to me. I do not know if she intended for me to sit in the chair with food and sauce and like that, I do not want to imagine how they would give me the food, nor did I know what to do if I cleaned, I chose to leave, in doubt look at your camera, the photos tell a small part. Unfortunately, showing poor quality and service, sad. With how much I liked to go.

Hello, I was at the restaurant today as of 23rd of January food was great and there was a nice pace we were given. I saw that there was a meeting next to our table and it was nice witness good leadership skills and attentiveness. It felt very nice and I hope this staff knows they are wonderful people. I wish the staff good in whatever they do. Food was really good as well.

Great hospitality and went above my expectations and assisted me as I'm new to area, and met a couple nice people who helped me check $1.00 bills for a certain letter for Christmas, for grand babies!! Food is excellent and great deal on Gift cards, so huge Thank you to Applebee's and another Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been a regular here weekly and it's always been the best until the past 2 months or so. The food is HORRENDOUS now. The last 3 burgers I got were dripping with grease and raw. The past 2 pastas had ZERO sauce on them and the chicken was burnt to hell. We won't be going back anymore.

Service is slow for both lunch and dinner service. This last visit, it definitely felt like the wait staff had their favorite tables and weren't very attentive to my husband and I. Food is alright... For that price, I'd rather go to the Walmart next door and buy my own frozen meal to microwave and cut the middlemen out.

Family of 5 , all adults came in for dinner on a Wendsday. There was maybe 8 tables full and the bar . Service was horrible everything took long to get from first drinks to dinner had to ask for drink refills when our food did finally arrive, food was sub par although my steak which I asked for medium was done well and burnt . Won't be back to this location again
