Worst ever thanks for ruining my dinner I asked for medium rare steak n you guys gave me raw everything was tasteless

One of the most absolute worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I sat in the restaurant we arrived at 6:30 and didn't leave until 9:00. It took 2 hours for our meal to arrive at the table and then when it did it was completely wrong. The place was a mess food all over the floor ice cubes on the floor tables a mess the waitress didn't even bring us forks and spoons and napkins so we could eat what am I supposed to eat with my fingers what a dump!

After waiting 45 minutes for the food, it arrived cold to barely warm. Service was not even one star. I asked if there was a problem with the orders but was told the steaks were holding it up. The waitress was having a grand time fooling around with friends back by the rest rooms. No one asked if we needed any more water or pop; and the grand finale was they didn’t have enough coin to make change. Restaurant was dirty and someone should pick up the dirty diapers in the parking lot. Save your money-eat somewhere else

Food is still consistently yummy. Service is not what it used to be.update 2025, had very good bar service. Quite pleased

Came here on 1/11/25 and I called in and they said no wait time, walked in immediately a minute after as I called in the parking lot and got a 5-10 minute wait. My bf and I both ordered something we’ve order before at the irondeqouit location and the food was way over cooked and not seasoned at all and for broccoli come on now all it takes is salt and pepper, my bf’s plate I told them they had to take off because of how burnt it was, I wasn’t too worried about taking off mine (even tho I didn’t eat it), Customer service wasn’t the greatest the employee rolled her eyes when he said he didn’t want it remade. The entire environment is not welcoming, you can see the employees gossip when a table isnt happy with something. The employees don’t even try to express any concern at all. We were told a manager would be coming to talk to us and never did, we paid and left. I don’t normally care to write reviews but this was all around terrible and I Would never recommend to anyone.

This location should not offer carside to go. Employees don't pay attention to the cars that pull in so you have to go in to pick up almost every time

We had a very rude older woman as our waitress. She was not welcoming and seemed pissed off we were even there. Refused to take my ID because it is not a Real ID. Real ID is a legal term: “A REAL ID is a state-issued driver's license or identification card that meets minimum security standards set by the REAL ID Act of 2005. REAL IDs are required for: Boarding domestic flights, Accessing certain federal facilities, and Entering nuclear power plants” When faced with this apparently unbelievably difficult to process information, she was increasingly rude to us for “attempting to use a fake id.” We immediately left and encourage you all to dine somewhere where the staff are kind and have basic comprehension skills.

We visited the Henrietta location twice. Both times, it took them a while to seat us. Both times the table was dirty, even after they cleaned it in front us. The 1st time, the food was greasy but flavorful. Fries were hot, fresh and tasty.
The 2nd visit, tonight 12/13/24, the waitress was good but the food was very different. We ordered the exact same thing we ordered the first time. This time, the portions were uneven, some of my chicken didn't have sauce but my husband's was smothered in buffalo sauce. The burgers were still greasy and had no flavor. The fries were old, tasted reheated and no flavor. We believe they gave us the leftover fries from other guests. When we told the waitress, she apologized and said we shouldn't have cone just before closing.
I felt nauseous by time I got home. I would never go back and would never recommend this place.
