Service was great, super nice lady(Becky). Got the 4 cheese mac and cheese and had literally no flavor. Basically like there was no cheese and they forgot the salt, pepper and all the spices. Would not recommend, most of the other food ordered was not great. Good chicken and ribs though!

This has been the best experience at Applebee's ever!!! Janae (sorry if I spelled wrong) was the best!!! Efficient, knowledgeable, super friendly, and funny. Food was Delicious and timely!!We even had a bunny visit our table..Last night around 6pm

Food was delicious except my friend ordered a sizzling steak platter..waitress asked her if broccoli was ok with it. She said yes, ( we thought it came with it as a meal) when we got it, .the platter had a small dollop of mashed potatoes on it with small steak. The platter looked so empty. We thought for sure she was suppose to get broccoli too but waitress said no, that cost extra. But as you can see on the menu, it clearly has broccoli on the platter.

My Applebee's experience (West Henrietta rd) this week was absolutely AMAZING! We were celebrating my birthday, and when we arrived, the hostess Yasmene greeted us at the door with a huge smile. She was attentive and friendly while being totally professional. She continued to assist throughout our time there and always with a smile. She kept us laughing and comfortable while we waited a very short time for the others in our party to arrive. Our waiter, whose name was Ben, should get an award for the best waiter of the year. Great personality, very friendly, personable and professional. There was also a gentleman named John who stopped by long enough to bring some of our meals and ask if we needed anything else. Top of the line, A1 service made for the best birthday ever. Applebee's, West Henrietta Rd. is the BEST!! :)

We went for a late lunch around 3:00. We were seated and it took at least 10 min for the waitress to get our drink order. We placed our whole order since we were ready. We received the drinks. It took at least 20 minutes to get our appetizer of mozzarella sticks, they were hot but we had no plates and when we received the plates there was only one napkin. Our waitress went buy us several times and after anther 30 minutes still no meal. I asked to talk to a manager. I was told they were in the kitchen and would be out. Another 10 minutes and no manager. We walked out after eating 5 mozzarella sticks. DO NOT GO TO THIS APPLEBEE'S. AS EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. We were there for an hour and the restaurant was not busy.We headed to the Fairport restaurant and had EXCELLENT service.Sorry Henrietta, we will NEVER be back.

I ordered the cinnabun mini swirls to go and i'm pretty sure it was mixed with residue from someone else's food because I thought I was about to bite into a big clump of cinnamon sugar and instead it tasted like onion or something and it was very off-putting.
Awful. Ended up leaving because they took forever (30min) to seat us AT THE BAR. I just want a margarita for national margarita day ?. They let two younger boys be seated before us when we got there first (there was only 2 of us). Will not be returning after see the other reviews about the service. Disappointing

Came in for dinner around 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday and hostesses are telling everyone three times the wait time when the restaurant is half full. Also when the hostess sat us in the very first table overlooking the hostess stand and lobby area 10 minutes later when we were quoted 40 minutes, we declined the table and said we were okay with waiting longer for a table that is actually in the dining room. The hostess had a bad attitude acting like we had to sit there and no where else and was questioning why we did not want to sit there when it was obvious why we did not want to sit there. We had to ask the manager to seat us as the hostess continued to be nasty when we were calmly interacting. The server was not attentive and the times he did speak to us he kept bringing about the hostess issue when we wanted to move past that and start to enjoy our night so he was kind of a downer as well. The food was the usual.

DO NOT go to this Applebee's. They are terrible. The waitress was in training and absolutely horrible and her trainer was even worse. I didn't get to eat my food with my family because my meal didn't come out until about a half hour after everyone got their meal. I had to take it to go. When we decided to speak up We never got an apology, the excuse was "well she's in training".... lastly the receipt was completely wrong. Charged us for things that we didn't even order. My daughter's bread sticks was a freaking brick she couldn't even eat it. And in total we were there for about 2 hours and the appetizers came out at the same time as our dinner. Horrible horrible service

Food took almost 90 minutes for basic Applebee's food . It wasn't busy and had we four young kids trying their best to behave woupd have left but it eas late and kids needed to eat.unapologetic Manager.will not be back to this

I'm sitting in the booth 1 hr and 15 mins later from our walkin/sit-down time. We got water bc they couldn't figure out our alcoholic beverage order, then proceeded to bring us our actual beverage ? 20 mins later, and 35 mins later got our appetizer, still sitting here waiting for our dinner, the manager came over and apologized and we thought it would get better, did it? No not at all actually, she forgot a beer refill, and no word on our meal yet, not impressed, and not coming back, I love Applebee's but this is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. I'm sorry to say I drove by red lobster, Texas Roadhouse, dairy Queen and McDonald's to come here. I'd go for some cold McDonald's fries and a sloppy quarter pounder with cheese, hot fudge sundae, and large Fanta fountain drink.
