I don't mind the food, but the interior of this restaurant is filthy. I normally would not do a review but it really is dirty in there. All the equipment, the floors, etc.

The service was absolutely horrendous. I stood there for more than 5 minutes being completely ignored. When a full crew of people were there. I ended up giving up and going elsewhere. I would not recommend this Arby's.

It's the new generation, that is the problem, not the store. Nobody wants to work. Food was good, but when you are in line for 40 minutes to get 4 fish sandwiches, It's kind of ridiculous. I don't know how these fast food stores can make any money, while making $15 or more an hour. when it takes about 10 minutes per customer to be taken care of. This is a sad America we will be living in. I remember when they had quotas for the workers.

I like armies.The food is usually good. This location is the only location left but it sucks because it always stinks in there like they don't clean. On top of that, the food always comes out rushed.And the customer service could be a little better

The fish sandwiches are very good, but the service is horrible. There's nothing like waiting for almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you, plus waiting an extra 20 minutes to get your food. The place could use a good cleaning as well. Very poor managementParking: It's not an ideal parking lot

Ordered pickup 2 orders. Waited over 40 minutes in restaurant. Tild 2nd order was booted out of system. Food was cold. No drink cups. No ordered condiments. Manager on phone yelling at someone. Only 2 employees at 5 pm. Place was dirty, curly fries all over behind counter. There was a crowd waiting for their orders some got there before me. It was so bad, customers wished me luck. Never going to that Greece location again.

I made an online order in the morning to be picked up at 5:45pm. One employee was more interested in texting on her phone and all the employees were joking around and were having non work related conversations.Also, I was told they didn’t have Jamocha shake, even though I ordered it. I finally got my order at at 6:01. Your employees need remedial training and if something is out of stock, it should be updated on your app and online. Worst Arbys location ever.

This place is honestly a disgrace 45 minutes in the drive through fries are cold they prefry everything and flash fry when ordered so I don’t understand how my fries were room temp at best. Attempted coming to this locations a few weeks ago they said they couldn’t take any orders at lunch time. Never going there again knock that place down start fresh.
