Seemed to be confusion. Staff was either overworked or possibly training. I had mozzarella sticks & steak nuggets. Door dash seemed to get priority attention. Sticks were good. Steak were so-so. No flavor in nuggets but the BBQ sauce made it ok.

They say you can’t fake steak. That remains true as their steak nuggets proved more like well cooked roast chunks, not cuts of steak. They were edible, but not being a regular Arby’s customer, I’m probably one and done. The restaurant itself is great. This appears to be a very well kept Arby’s.

Arrived around 130 today only to find a sign that read drive thru only. Considering the parking lot was dead, it was pathetic! We should have been able to have been served inside the building. Shameful and embarrassing for arbys. I had really looked forward to getting Arbys for lunch too. We went to five guys instead. Edit—— came back again almost a year later and the floors were sticky, there were dried condiments at the condiment area and it was just gross. Won’t ever set foot back in this store.
