They've remodeled and it looks good.Original review still holds up: The best Arby's on the East Coast, hands- down. Your wait at the drive-thru is the staff making your food fresh and hot for you. The Eat Coast is the Beast Coast. Don't ever let them change the decor in there, guys. Aqua is retro-awesome!!

I ordered this with GrubHub so I can't rate the atmosphere, but have been there plenty of times and it's a relatively mellow place, really like the food it's a great change from the usual fast food places. Plus they had a limited time selection and the brown sugared BLT was out of this world... SOOO yummy, I actually ordered it again two days later!Parking: Available and ample

Best Arby's in Rochester (hot food, high order accuracy, clean restaurant, friendly staff.)Too bad one of the managers acts super disrespectful to their employees. Incredibly unprofessional to speak like that to them in general, not to mention in front of customers. Hoping this manager got some retraining or a job somewhere else.
I ate here 2 days in a row and now I've had bathroom distress 2 days in a row. Found a hair in my food on the second day. The restaurant is dingy, the drink tray is dirty, the floors are dirty. The walls in the kitchen have big food stains up and down the walls you can see when you order. I ordered the Buffalo sliders and curly fries and 48 hours after EACH visit I was sick.
