First time ordering from This location. Fast food is not hard. I did it for 5 years. Ordered from the app, I had mozzarella sticks in my order didn't get them. Staff was blasting music and seemed like they didn't care. About service at all. I will not be back, like I said it is not difficult to put the right things in a bag and they cant get that right. I doubt food safety standards are being followed if you cant get an order right.

Poor customer service, the lady in the morning was very rude. Ended up feeling disrespected so my guest who is a cancer patient and I left. Will not go again to this location.

I recently visited an Arby's location that left much to be desired. The experience started on a frustrating note when I waited in line for almost 15 minutes despite only a couple of people ahead of me. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, which became evident when I finally placed my order and had to repeat it multiple times due to apparent confusion.

Once I got my food, things didn't improve. The sandwich I ordered was poorly assembled—cold in some spots and barely warm in others. The bread was stale, and the roast beef was dry and stringy, lacking the juicy flavor Arby's is known for. To top it off, the curly fries, usually a highlight of the meal, were overcooked and drenched in oil, making them inedible.

The dining area was another disappointment. Several tables were dirty, with trays and leftover food from previous customers. When I asked an employee if a table could be wiped down, I was met with an eye roll and a dismissive, "I'll get to it later."

Overall, the experience was well below par. Poor service, unappetizing food, and an unkempt dining area all made for an awful visit. I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed, with no plans to return anytime soon.

I came to arby's because I got out of work late, but this arby's is i'm going downhill fast.There's no one at the front counter and no 12 be found in the restaurant, but the doors are open. I pulled around to the drive through at 7:50. It is now 810 began to leave and noticed, there is a gentleman in his car. Add the drive through window.And he asks me if I was able to get anybody on the speaker at the drive through.I told him no. I went to pull around because felt like it was getting ridiculous. When I saw an employee in the dining room, just walking around with his arms folded, doing pretty much nothing, but maybe he was on his break. The gentleman in front of me finally was able to get the attention of a young lady who did take his order and he got his food reasonably quick.I was next in line and she was just laughing hysterically. Despite her laughing when I said hello, she did not acknowledge me. I'm thinking this girl must be smoking something. She never prompted me as to what I wanted to order. I told her it was irritating that nobody was answering at the drive through speaker. She took my order and I got my food quickly. However, I do understand now why the food came out so quickly. It is ice cold from the roast. Beef sandwich to my curly fries. I can't even be bothered to get back in line. I think what they have done is pre. Cooked a bunch of stuff so they can stand around and screw around. Employees are only as good as the person they're supervised by, but it's clear that no one's in charge here and everyone's running a muck.

Line of cars we're waiting in line, no one answering the speaker. It was 10pm on 12/7. Sign says they are open till 12. Workers inside wouldn't come to the windows or answer the speaker.

This Arby’s is really hit or miss. Either you have a great experience where everything is right and employees are friendly, or you get everything wrong and an employee with a nasty attitude who clearly is angry you even came through the drive thru in the first place. That unfortunately was the case tonight with whoever was working the drive thru window at 8:05pm on 11/29/24. She was really rude, even scoffed at us when taking our order, and rolled her eyes when we asked for a receipt. Not to mention our “curly fries” were half full with (some crushed) crinkle fries. They didn’t forget our sauces this time tho which was a plus!

Stopped in for dinner after a long road trip. Usually have a good experience at most Arby's but this was just a bit off.

Pros: the place was clean and the staff was SUPER friendly. Customer service is definitely worth noting. Easy entry and exit from the parking lot as well.

Cons: Food was either old or overcooked. The roast beef sandwiches were ok, but the chicken sandwiches we ordered were dry. The curly fries and the fried maccaroni bites were inedible. They were so burnt/ overcooked as if they had been sitting in oil for days.

I'm hoping this was just "one of those days", but when you spend $30+ on food, you hope you can at least get through half of it.

The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The fries and macaroni bites tasted like they were fried in old oil, and they were burnt to a crisp. The service was great and timely, though! Maybe we just went at a bad time...

This is the best Arby's I've ever been to. The food is always fresh, and the service is amazing. Idk the managers name, but he is just the best. The employees are the reason the atmosphere is so good. 10/10 highly recommend!

I placed an only order thru the website. they wouldnt let me pick it up through the drive thru first off. Which is fine whatever but if im placing an online order the whole point is not getting out of the car. Got home and my order was completely wrong. Contact cs asking for a partial refund theyre doing nothing . Dont go to this location
