Tucked in the 19th Ward, is this little restaurant. I wish I could explain my experience fully but my friend and I went back because the first time was too wonderful for words. All I can say, order the LOVELY WARREN... shrimp and grits with 3 chicken wings. You won't walk out hungry.
Rochester’s First Annual Black Maternal Health Conference was catered by the one and only Arnett Café. I truly can’t speak highly enough about all things from customer service to quality of food. From my first phone call with Norman (restaurant owner) to the afternoon our order was delivered.
