I was upset when I returned to my car to opened my little treat that I had bought for myself, just to bite into a hard dry over cooked cinnamon sugar pretzel nugget.As I toss that one and grab another I realize that I was given probably the oldest batch that was made today.They were too old and too hard for me to enjoy, and of course no one answers the phone so I can return these rocks to grab fresh ones at another time.Some are burnt. I have been patronizing Aunt Annie’s for many yrs and I have never received a bad batch.

Love their pretzels. Tables in the mall corridor are limited, and at times, non-customers use them for activities other than to eat.
Pretzels always hard and not as good as they used to be. Young moody kids working here.

Something tastes weird. I think it's their oil they used in this pretzel. It's tastes bitter, kinda like a soap or chemicals. Something is just off. I hope there is nothing bad contaminated the food. Do their employees ever do taste test at all daily whenever they do a new batch? If they did they would have known this weird taste.
