Disappointed to say the least. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was empty with the exception of one other couple and the 2 employees working. I was really looking forward to grabbing a good smoothie. We ordered the Açaí Berry Smoothie (without banana) and Strawberry Banana Smoothie. They took 15 minutes to come out, which is entirely too long for some simple smoothies. The Strawberry Banana was decent, tasted just like one should, but not anything excellent. The Açaí Berry was just about the blandest smoothie I've ever had. It tasted like watered down almond milk. For a smoothie that's supposed to have açaí, strawberry and pineapple, you would think it would have some sort of flavor. I drank about 1/3 of before throwing it out, because it was just about pointless to continue drinking. On top of that, at $7 a smoothie, they better be excellent. Certainly not worth the price. The restaurant itself is very clean, has a nice seating area and seems to have a good variety of menu items. Love to concept of local and fresh food, but very poorly executed.

We were excited to try B.Good for the first time the other day. Fries were great as was their fountain drink selection, but all four of our burgers and chicken sandwiches were charred and dry to the point of being almost inedible. Loved the local, farm-sourced concept of this place, but just can't justify paying those prices for really inferior food again, so, we won't be back.

I go to B Good every single week! This is the first place where I actually enjoy trying something different every time. I enjoy every single thing that I have ordered, and love that the food is all fresh and healthy. I don't think I would be able to pick a favorite. The staff is friendly and engaging. I don't just go here for the food, I go here for the experience.

I LOVE B Good and my kids love it too! The spicy avocado bowl is the BEST! Kids also eat free on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

Right away notice that the temperature was warmer outside than inside the building. It was 40° out. The staff seemed very on attentive/lack of professionalism in their job. I ordered a grilled chicken avocado sandwich. And my tomato was mostly green. A staff member did get me a new tomato. All the tables in the restaurant were dirty. I had to clean them off myself. To top it all off the condiment bar had an open container of bleach right next to all of the food items. I took a picture of it but not sure how to download it.

They messed our lunch order for two days in a row. The first day we submit the order 3 hour ahead and the cancel it saying it's too late to order. Then told them to create the order for next day lunch. However, next day we got cancellation an hour before lunch!

Do not go to this restaurant. Went there for the first time yesterday, will never go again. The Rochester location doesn't offer half of the menu items listed on the corporate website, small portions for outrageous prices. They have no vegan options despite what you might think. Also they only offer one type of bread. Waste of money!
