We've been to Bacco's a couple of times, usually with friends, and have found it to be wonderful. The food is magnificent. Beautifully prepared, and unique combinations of flavors. The hostess/waitress, Christine, is knowledgeable about the cuisine, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

Just the best of everything all rolled into one small gracious place. We are definitely going back soon.

The service was excellent, Giovanni was an excellent host who provided everything. the food was amazing qnd the atmosphere was perfect. I definitely recommend this resteraunt, especially for a date night or romantic evening.

This is, HANDS DOWN, one of the absolute best restaurants I have ever been to. I took my brother here when he visited a few months ago, and we still haven't stopped gushing to our parents about how great of an experience it was. Our waiter, Giovanni, made us feel at home, like we were old friends that he was so excited to see again, even though we had just met. He called us by name and ensured that we were comfortable and were enjoying ourselves. I have dietary restrictions, and he helped me to order something I knew I would safely enjoy. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough if you want just an exceptional dining experience.

DELICIOUS! Rochester has a lot of good Italian restaurants and this is one of the top. We called ahead for a 8pm reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. We did get some warm bead to start. Both the entrees are AMAZING AND RICH soooo creamy! The four cheese penne is a must! For dessert you can not go wrong with the creme brí»lée!
From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we felt welcome. The food was wonderful . The best calamari (we got the Sicilian ) ever, home made bread and pasta. Giovanni offered to tailor any recipe to our preference. And some of the best service we have ever experienced. We will be back!

The experience was horrible. I'm not from the area, I'm from Syracuse NY and was in town for the HomeGoods store. We decided to grab Italian food and google whatever was around. The walls are dirty and it smells like mildew in the restaurant. We didn't know the restaurant wasn't “kid friendly†so we had no choice but to order adult, high priced meals, for children 1-5. $175 dollars later. There wasn't a high chair for my 1 year old so I had to hold him the entire time. We didn't have much choices for kids drinks, it was either orange juice, water, or soda, so we choose the OJ. We tried it and it tasted like alcohol. It was sour. I confronted the waitress and she said “well we don't sell to much juiceâ€, which confirmed it was rotten, and still charged me for it. Portions of food were small, the pasta gave my family stomach pains, capers salad was gross. I am never eating here again and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Whoever calls that fine dining is clearly crazy!!!

The food was not bad. My veal was pounded way too thin, my friend's pasta was over cooked while her eggplant was undercooked. The desserts again were not bad, but the tiramisu and the creme brulee had an odd fruity taste, the cheesecake was a little too thick and not creamy. I'm not sure I'll be heading back there.

Not from the area. A friend recommended this place and I am so glad we went! Everything was outstanding. From start to finish everything was perfect. Called, arrived there 5 minutes later and had a table. Service from everyone was exactly how it should be everywhere! Our server Ashley made the experience great. On to the food... OMG the food was delicious wine was delicious. Highly highly recommended. I would drive back to Rochester to eat here 100 times! Awesome place.

We called to order food to go. Giovanni picked up the phone and was wonderfully helpful in picking out a great meal for my girlfriend and me. After we hung up, Giovanni called back just a few minutes later and asked if we actually wanted the special instead (same meat, just a slightly different preparation). I asked what the price difference was expecting a much higher price, but to my surprise, it was basically the same price, and it sounded like a better dish. I agreed. When we picked up the dishes, Giovanni was extremely happy and interactive. The food was amazing as well. We were so very surprised and happy with our food and the whole experience. We will be eating at Baccos again soon. I love the park ave treasure.
