Went for karaoke and got one Long Drink and the disco fries, ended up spending $20+ for just that.

I walked into Bar Bad Ending last night (11/16/2025) with 7 friends and we were greated by a rude female bartender who called us loud. We had just come from Jeremiah's on Monroe after the Bills game and were really excited. It was not busy so you would think she would be excited to have us walk in. It is unfortunate to walk into a small bar to support the neighborhood and be disrespected by someone so snarky who is supposed to be happy to serve you. We were about to drop over $200 in drinks but instead we walked out and took our business to Trata.

I am a musician that recently played a gig at Bad Ending. I was very happy with my experience. The staff was awesome, especially the manager Fred. The show went great, and everyone had a great time. The bartender was super friendly, and the drinks were reasonably priced. All around wonderful experience! I definitely planning on going back soon.

I didn’t get food so I can’t rank it, but my cranberry vodka double was delicious! The atmosphere is cool. I went to see my friend perform. Not necessarily a spot I hang out at, but it is a neat bar

Best dive bar in the neighborhood! All the bartenders are amazing, the drinks are very reasonably priced and the food isn't fancy, but it sure is tasty.

Formerly known as the Rose and Crown,Monty’s Crown , the Rosen Krown, among other incarnations, this bar has a long history in Rochester as a place for a Pint, drink, and music.
In its lastest incarnation ( sorry not sure which number now ) that is still the case only a bit less fraught and more upscale than former iterations..
It still has all the charm of the dive bars it has been
To be continued,,,,

Very friendly service by both bar and kitchen staff. The food was really good and well-prepared and so were the cocktails. Great seats outside to people watch. I will be coming back!!

I went last night with my son to check out some local bands I had been wanting to see. We went early and ordered food - Everything was GREAT. 3 types of fries with your order? YES PLEASE! Great Chicken Caesar sandwich and BLT. Atmosphere was awesome, super friendly staff AND - the bands sounded great. Can't wait to go back.

When we arrived, we asked if the kitchen was still open and Hunter, who was collecting the cover and checking IDs, recommended the Chicken Caesar Sandwich . We ordered that, some fries and two Stangebird Fettered Souls and it hit the spot! Music was also Great!

I have had dinner and drinks as well as apps and drinks a number of times and I really enjoyed myself each time. The drinks were spot on and the food hit comfort food itch that I sometimes get. Oh and their karaoke was a blast. Still haven't seen any bands play yet but soon.
