Not only do they not close at 8 like it says on Google maps they close at 5 but like to tell you they are closing 30 mins before. SORRY IF YOU DONT CLOSE AT 430PM DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT CLOSING UNTIL 459PM. THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAKES IT EASIER FOR ME TO GIVE MY MONEY TO THE STARBUCKS ACROSS THE STREET

I had some time to waste before meeting someone for lunch, so I came in here. I went to the cafe, and it's really strange. It's not Starbucks, but they serve their coffee and their drinks. The drink was ok, but I should have just walked across the street and gone to the actual Starbucks. It looks like they just took a bunch of random stuff and threw it in a room. I couldn't even find napkins, and my drink was spilling down the side of my cup. Then I went to the store, and it's also strange. The left side is books, down the middle is gifts and random stuff, and the whole right side is U of R clothing. I know U of R is nearby, but is that really necessary? Buffalo Bills sections at stores in the mall aren't that big. I wouldn't go back to either.

Yvonne was an angel. She really went the extra mile to help me find books on school counseling. When she couldn't find the exact books that I was looking for she helped me find others that I may be interested in. Yvonne is absolutely a model employee! Thanks!!

It's half books, U OF R stuff, small magazine rack and a cafe. Upstairs was closed. Staff is pleasant enough but it does not seem to busy. It's a B&N .. it's not easy to navigate. I couldn't care less if you use this to sell or buy your textbooks here I'm fine.. but it's not a user friendly place. That's just me.. yea they have parking, yes it's on busy Mt. Hope Ave. Party on

If you're only going to fill a Tall half way, don't charge so much. Come on now. I wouldn't have said anything if it would have been the first time, but it wasn't.
