When an owner gets disrespectful of customers he should not be an owner. I was very ashamed of this establishment. He was yelling at customers. I went into a panic attack because of him. On top of it all the pizza was so gross my dog would not eat it. If I could give this establishment a minus 100 I would. I’ll never go here again.

Owner has no idea what customer service is and is unwilling to accommodate the simplest of requests from longtime, dedicated Brown's Backers fans that spend a lot of their hard earned blue color money in this establishment.

New location is nice.. ordered drinks and wings, wasn't bad. Bartender was nice too.

Have been there several times. Have a large menu to choose from. Waitress was great. There were four of us for lunch and we all had different food. Three of the four have been there before. All were pleased with food and service.

Food and service were great as usual. I've been there 3 times now, and every time I've been happy with everything.

Arrived on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:00. Order 4 items a rum and coke a mich ultra calamari gluten free pizza. They had the rum and coke We left.

My wife and I and another couple went to BTB for dinner this past week. We were pleasantly surprised with our entire visit. The bartender and wait staff are friendly and well versed. The drinks were reasonably priced and well mixed. Our dinners were served in a timely manner, warm and well presented. We all enjoyed what we ordered and agreed that we will patronize BTB again. We will recommend BTB to our friends..

This was a Thursday night, it wasn’t very busy but I waited a good 5 min to be seated. I ordered a drink and the prime rib. It took a long time to get my coke. She apologized for the wait. When I got my prime rib it was good size and cooked medium rare the way I ordered it, but it was kind of cold and not just on the outside. The waitress offered to take it back but I’ve heard stories about sending food back and desired to pass. The flavor was good and a nice piece of meat. I might give them another try.

Great place to go out on a first date. Great people great food. Going to be even better place when they move into the Greece ridge mall.

We called prior to arrival to see if there was any wait, and were told there was none. Smelled great upon entrance and my family was really looking forward to enjoying a big dinner, but the staff seemed truly unprepared for a pretty regularly paced Friday night. Several other tables were given service long before our table and we ended up waiting over 20 minutes to even get drinks served and we still didn't get anything. After waiting that long we unfortunately had to leave as that kind of wait for a soda and beer alone was just too much... who knows how long the food would have taken. We were bummed too because the Sabres game wasn't even on and it's the start of the season in a sports bar. The staff wasn't rude, but I really hope they get their stuff together a bit better.

I placed on online order for delivery, providing both my email address and phone number, to be delivered around noon. At 12:30, my food had not arrived, so I called the restaurant to see what was going on. The lady on the phone informed me that the delivery driver had not shown up to work yet and they were just finally able to get a hold of them.I am very disappointed that I had not been contacted about this prior to my delivery time. Had I known, other arrangements could have been made. Instead I am now left with a small group of hangry individuals who will not be able to eat warm food as they have meetings to attend after their designated lunch break.
