A garbage plate is one of my must haves when I come through the Rochester area and Bill Gray’s definitely has a great plate!
It’s an order at the counter and pick up your food type place but the employees are friendly and helpful. Food delivery is pretty quick as well. Prices are reasonable as well.

We booked a party room for a family celebration. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious as usual. It was nice to have a space for all of us to eat and not have to clean up. They are very accommodating.

Came here for dinner tonight on a whim while we were in the area. Service was very good - all of the staff members were very friendly, and our order was accurate. A bit spendy for fast food, but the quality is worth it.
Cons: main dining room was INCREDIBLY hot. Was the A/C broken? Are they being cheap with the air conditioning? I don't think so because the tap room area was very cool.

Always takes forever to get anything here. Waited on a delivery order pickup for over 10 minutes before they even started making the order. Terrible service and an absolute mess of a restaurant. The owner/manager should be ashamed to have their name on this place
Delicious food. I love the tator tots and veggie burgers. The assistant manager, Brandy and cashier, Maya; were very professional and kind.

Used to love this location but the past few times we've been including today, the place has been a mess. At 1130 am every table was dirty. The floor was dirty with wrappers and food and there was only 2 other customers in the dinning room. Also, our kids hot dogs were burned and the fries were under cooked.
