Joy and inclusion are what I think of at this location. The staff is happy to help and guide you through the menu. The location is huge and can easily seat groups of ten or more! The arcade is perfect to entertain kids before or after eating. Overall we love how accessible everything is and the friendly staff! Keep up the awesome work 😊

I like the place. Staff is friendly, looks like they hire a ton of people with disabilities, which I think is great! Kitchen looks clean but the floors are always dirty and sticky, dining area needs more attention. Saying this I have never gotten sick from food. So dining area dirty but food and kitchen is up to par.

All of the tables were dirty. We had to clean off one to sit. It took about 25 minutes for 2 burgers and an order of fries while the place was mostly empty. Then when we went to leave the garbage was overflowing and there was a huge stack of dirty trays
We usually go to Bill Gray's in Greece, this store was a huge disappointment

Tried the bar wings last night horrible nothing like bar wings. They were not fully cooked sauce was salty, the picture posted was a complete misrepresentation of what you get. I called and spoke to Luke (said manager) who just apologized.

Used to always order from here, but the waiting time is ridiculous. We walked in a few weeks ago, and had to wait 30 minutes for our order to be complete. We figured they were understaffed, but then we ordered on Grubhub, and it took them an hour and a half to complete the order. We won't be ordering from here again. I'm sure the staff is working hard. The issue is likely bigger than them.
Tldr: Avoid ordering from here unless you're willing to wait a long time.

When we waked in the foyer and it smelled like garbage. Ordered our food and went to get ketchup, hit pump and a bug came out in the ketchup. Tried again and another bug fell in. Went to a booth, yup, bugs at the table. Been going to Bill Grey's since I was a kid. No more, we are done!
