2/28/24: The cheese ? burger ?, fries ?, & mozzarella sticks were 2nd to none! The best in the world ?! Incredibly great quality. The staff in the evening of 2/28/24 were professional, friendly, & efficient. 3/10/24: Incredible tasting garbage ? plate with vegeburgers! Everything on the plate ? was scrumptious! I love their spicy hotsauce too. The workers were so helpful & polite!Vegetarian options: Very good texture & taste!Parking: Lots of free lot spaces.Kid-friendliness: I saw many there. There's a game room.Wheelchair accessibility: Looked like it was accessible & no stairs if you don't want to.

Matthew literally made our rough night, Amazing. We were celebrating my late brother’s 2nd birthday since being gone, with his children and their mother. We were pretty much turned away from 3 restaurants because of our big party of 7 with no small children, and he took the best care of us. He made our night and I hope we made his!

Normally, you come to Bill Gray's for a great burger. It's expensive, but every now and then, you gotta splurge. Today, I ordered a cheeseburger meal (burger, fries, and beverage) for $14.99. They don't itemize on the receipt you get at the register, but they do on the ticket that comes out with the food. When the food was ready, the first thing I noticed was the paltry amount of fries. Normally, the little basket overflows... after all, you're paying $5.49 for them. Now, potatoes cost only about a dollar a pound, so the fact that they're charging such a high amount MIGHT be reasonable IF you received more than 4 ounces on your plate. Also, as I was eating, I glanced at the itemized receipt and realized that rather than charge me for the meal, the cashier rang up each item individually. This means that they charge me more than 10% over what the meal price was and I would never known had I not glanced at the itemized receipt. When I asked to speak to the manager and mentioned both being overcharged and the underwhelming amount of potatoes, I was handed $1.71 in cash, and nothing was done about the potatoes. So, I mentioned that we would just deal with the potato issue on Yelp, hence this review. There's a Five Guys across the street, which is also expensive, but you'll get more fries than you ever imagined.
