Bill Gray's Irondequoit

Smells like your grampa's house inside. Went in and ordered. A total of 3 words were spoken by the cashier, "for here?" and "toppings?". Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and tasted good. I've been to at least 7 Bill Grays/Tom Wahls, the Irondequoit location is the worst for customer service by a wide margin. Food was fine though.

Ordered for 1st time from this "designated location" thru on line ordering with GRUBHUB. Wings dry & burger def WASN'T anything to rave about, NO FLAVOR. Unlike how it's always prepared when I order from Bill Greys (Henrietta) "in person" for many years, which is usually pretty good. It's as though both were simply "thrown together?!" Mind you, it was ordered on a Sunday night where it's not supposed to be busy? Additionally, FOOD DELIVERED WITHOUT napkins or utensils requested + BAG along with CONTAINERS were NOT SEALED. Extremely tacky as it relates to food safety concerns. Especially considering these restaurants charge "service fees" for delivery. So WHERE'S the real SERVICE? I def will NOT be ordering from THIS location (again) as apparently they DON'T value customers when it comes to food delivery. When one orders in person or delivery, QUALITY of food AND service SHOULD consistently be the SAME.

Dirty bathrooms, dirty dinning rooms. Lots of staff but super dirty. Wonder if the kitchen is just as dirty....same as last year. Where's management?

The establishment was dirty and my order wasn’t correct, I asked for everything of my burgers and only received cheese.

My burgers were not done and the new staff is not friendly like I'm used to encountering. The restrooms and restaurant also needs a thorough cleaning. The staff at the front counter and back counter has attitudes

Purchased the garbage plate.got to work and burgers looked cooked but was Raw inside.tried calling phone rang and ranged.spent my $$$ and couldn't Enjoy my meal nor return there because i drove quite a ways to get it.what a disappointment.will continue to stay at the webster /greece locations.

Bill Gray's in Irondequoit is definitely worth the experience. Is been quite a while since I went there, last summer for a milkshake is a matter of fact. I ordered the great plate this time. Was not disappointed. The food was excellent, person behind the counter did an excellent job. It definitely was one of the smaller Bill Gray's. What I think is well suited for this area. I definitely would request that people go there on Tuesday to get their great plate. A good deal for only $9.99.
