Bill Greys is one of the only places left that actually still use some spice in their meat HOT. I appreciate that. It's called meat hot not meat sauce.

Staff was nice, didn't get half of what we ordered. Wanted a plain cheeseburger with two sides of fries and a garbage plate with two shakes. Instead we got one side of fries, two burgers with everything on it, plate was fine and shakes were too. But we basically got the opposite of half our order.

Take out order: one ground steak dinner; one ground steak. First, the site to order on line would not accept my gift card ( even though it was accepted in person!). So I had to call in the order. I had to repeat myself several times before the staff member got the order correct. And still one part of the order was left out.
In terms of the food itself: the burger was very over cooked and extremely dry. The toppings were minimal. Bill Grays always served juicy generous food. I don't know what happened??

Definitely a place I remember great food I only go for the Junker/Garbage plates with Mac salad and home fries but it slaps everytime Definitely a fan favorite I get one everytime in the city
