Food is way over priced for what you get and the quality. Atmosphere was nice. Clean and kid friendly. Try to avoid stopping here if possible because it breaks the bank with 4 kids. Side note: they have good tartar sauce.

It was my first time stopping by at Bill Gray's for lunch. The burgers and fries are pretty good and I don't understand why some people complained about the prices. I'm kind of surprised that this fast food joint serves beer and wine.

We were on the Eastside today and decided to go to Bill Gray's in Penfield. This place is HUGE compared to the Westside locations we usually frequent. Burgers were great. Fries a tad bit overdone. Staff very nice. It was nice to see an employee cleaning tables as soon as people left. Highly recommend this location.
Found a very long hair in my meal & disgusted! Hair was buried in the condiments on top of hot dog. This is very disappointing. I'm grossed out! I ordered online for pickup! I wish there was an option to request condiments on the side. Not sure I'll be eating here anytime soon!

Place is just slow.. food takes FOREVER to be made. Half the time my order is wrong or missing items.

Trademarked "worlds greatest cheeseburger". Must just be a NY thing. It was decent, but i wouldn't say worlds greatest. Good marketing tactic though. We will be back, as the food was better than normal fast food and the service was quick!

Earlier today I doordashed a bacon cheeseburger from here. the burger was amazing. I would wait the 20 minute delivery time to have one again. The fries could use more salt though....
