Service was great. Food not so much. We had their “best” burger… nothing to write home about. A red hot, also not great. Then the fish sandwich, which was plain awful. I couldn’t eat it. Rubbery fish and limp breading. Also had the fried shrimp, obviously frozen, thawed and fried. They were terrible but edible, barely. Service was great though and the free popcorn fed me.

This has always been a go-to for our family. Our family has worked here, and certainly have been dining here since this location opened, as well as the place it replaced. Consistent quality, always clean, we'll always come back.

I don't like to leave a negative review because have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the service and treatment today was terrible in my opinion. Went with a large group sonwe spent a good amount of money. There was 5 burgers on the receipt. They sent out 3. I went ilup with receipt thinking no big deal, it's bill grays. Manager tells me it out mistake. The 5 burgers in the receipt isn't correct. The cash register girl rang it up wrong and she need 17 more dollars. For 2 burgers. The receipt clearly had 5 burgers on it. Nit wanting to make a scene with family there i reluctantly paid. Thinking it would be a minute or two. 20 minutes later. After they served everyone else. My family was long done, they product 2 terrible burgers. Offered no apologies, instead was treated with attitude and distain. I could go on about how this place was run by a manager named Karen but I'm sure it's useless. I will not be returning to bill grays again.

Great place to get a burger, ice cream, garbage plate and other stuff. Build your own burger and garbage plate. I always stop in when i go by seabreeze. They also have a tap room too

French fries were not very good. They were way overcooked. Probably refried. Burger and meat hot sauce were great. Milkshake was just ok. I got vanilla, and there was very little vanilla flavor. Milkshake was also grainy with chunks of ice, not smooth like a milkshake should be.
