They really just need some kind of management or supervisor around. It seemed to be all young kids that were confused. The place was a mess, bathrooms a mess and the fountain drinks were all flat. Told the counter staff that their CO2 needed to be changed and they said it runs out at closing, this was 7:45, yet they continued to sell cups for fountain drinks even though the CO2 apparently runs out at night. I’ve never experienced this at any other Bill Greys.

We took our family member out for her birthday. Paid ice cream ahead of time but was given a hard time when we tried to pick it up. Trays were dirty covered with ketchup when we got our food.

Hate leaving bad reviews but I’m so disappointed. I’ve been here so many times but this last time was awful. Went in with my 3 year old for ice cream. Ordered a small ice cream… 7 people came in after us and ALL got their ice cream, huge orders mind you, I go up asking when ours would be done (as it’s been 20 minutes & my kid is losing it) and the workers were rude & acted like I never ordered. Then said they forgot & didn’t see my order up there.. then STILL gives me the wrong order. No apologies, just attitude & dirty looks from the workers. Won’t be returning. Save your $6 for a small ice cream.

We’ve been customers for years. Last night we ordered our cheeseburgers with everything. They were still dry the beef was also coarse the bread was dry. They are usually juicy and we eat every crumb. I ate half of mine and tossed the rest. Since we gave up the awful fries awhile ago we had the curly fries they were very good. My husband had a milkshake and it was not as chocolatey as usual. Time to try Dons Original.
