My son has special needs and whenever we visit the museum he likes to eat Bill Gray’s. My son and I practice sitting at restaurants and waiting, but nevertheless there are the occasional meltdowns. Bill Gray’s at Play has a new cashier named Jackie. She definitely goes above and beyond when she notices my son having difficulty. I’m not sure if she is doing it for us or to keep peace in the restaurant while others eat, but I am thankful to her for wanting to help and always...
Wow! I was truly so blown away by the kind,caring, professional atmosphere created by Jackie and Hailey! They both went above and beyond in helping us with confusion with our order. They even came to make sure my son was ok when he fell out of his chair. They truly made us feel so welcome and just a great experience! THANK YOU
Food was fine. The front counter staff, both of whom were male today, were very polite and working hard. The red-haired cook works very hard, and keeps up a very fast pace.
But have eaten there a few times while at Strong, and always noticed a layer of dirt in eating areas.
It's filthy. There's old food caked on walls, tables aren't clean, and whole place needs regular scrubbing with Clorox.
Other odd thing is that 3 teens in outdoor clothing...
