Food and gas are great price. The tire shop at the Greece location is very unprofessional and has incorrect quoted price. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a manager.Unprofessional employees. Didn't even know how to drive my vehicle into one of the bays.

I wanted to take advantage of the "free" turkey promotion whereby you spend $150 by November 9th and then were given a coupon for a free turkey on the app on November 11thish. I spent over $225 on November 4th, scanning the items on a self-checkout. I split the order to use two separate credit cards. The first order came out over $156 with tax and the second (done five minutes later) was about $69 with tax. When I never received my coupon for a free turkey, I called the store. They said to come in with my receipts and they would honor it. When I went to the store, they said they could not honor the free turkey because I needed to spend $150 BEFORE TAX on ONE TRANSACTION!!! For less than $4 on one receipt I lost out and they would not honor the other receipt. To top it off I spoke with three associates -customer service desk person, lead customer service work, and manager, Leigha (sp?). All were extremely rude and despite me being a customer for over 25 years, they refused to help and were nasty!!! Shame on all of you BJS. Its not about the turkey, but the lack of quality customer service!!!

I found a great sale on line and I placed my order everything went through fine said i would get my order within 7 to 10 day, My order never came i checked online to see why and found that it was cancelled i called to find out why and he said there is no reason listed and he would report it! I said what about my order am I just out of luck and he said yes as if no big deal! So I suggest you order elsewhere if you actually want to receive your order! Especially if it's a great deal!

The Greece location is terrible. Empty coolers with empty boxes, nothing restocked, don't have items they had in the past. The store in Henrietta is managed much better. I have a big problem with this considering I pay a fee to shop in their store. I sure do miss the Sam's club.

I made an online purchase which was to be charged to my EBT card. they charged my EBT card and my debit card which didn't have the money in it and caused my account to be overdrawn. I am experiencing multiple NSF's because of this and they don't want to compensate me for the inconvenience and their mistake.

We ordered 3cases of ensure online. Went to customer service desk and nobody was in line! I gave them the order number and the lady called it back on a walkie-talkie. About 3 min later Sierra brought a cart for another online pick up that wasn't even in the store. She went back to the area where the online orders are kept but stopped and talked to the cashiers at self checkout for over 15 minutes! I went back and told the customer service lady we still didn't have our order. She called again on the walkie-talkie and a guy came and asked our order number. I asked him what Sierra's name was and he said he didn't know. We went thru self checkout and I was able to get her name. Batavia -BJs online is a lot more efficient.

This rating is for the Tire Center, specifically. I'm from the South, so I'm not used to having to add air to my tires to make up for the pressure drops in cold weather. I was a bit at a loss for what to, but when I stopped by, they checked my pressure and filled to the correct PSI for free. The service guy was really friendly and helpful. I didn't even need to be a member!
