BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We placed a reservation for 6 pm about a week early. We did not get seated until almost seven. It seemed like we were treated just like any of the walkins without reservations.

we came for our sons 38 birthday. we were told 15 minute wait. Half and hour later people coming in after us were seated while we were left sitting. We were ignored and so I am giving negative rating as we ended up across the street at Carls Junior. Thanks for ruining our evening.

Ordered delivery from the B J’s at Easton. Usually just get wings or potstickers but it was Sunday and I decided to go with the prime rib! What a good decision!!😄 Upon taking the food out I could see in the prime rib container and viewed this beautiful pink. Prime was an inch thick, huge cut and cooked perfectly. Huge helping of pencil thin asparagus with ends trimmed and a heaping portion of potatoes. Special also included a nice side Caesar salad and a pizookie for dessert. Caesar next day for lunch. Leftover prime, potatoes and asparagus for dinner and still had a chunk of prime and asparagus left. Kudos to your kitchen staff and other staff members who packed up my order and included everything!! Hang on to whoever is doing your smoking!!

We were there for a girls night. The only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five? Is because of our experience when we first walked in the door. I made reservations on Sunday for Wednesday night dinner. I requested a booth as the one time we had gone before - the table was so small we couldn't fit everything on the table, lol our drinks and entrees. So I requested a booth. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the front door. Friendly and excited and just darling. There was another woman there too who was also darling. But there was a woman who I think was in charge of where people were seated. And I'm sorry but the only way I can describe her. She had a nose ring. That was not the problem lol that's just the only way I can describe her. And she was giving them a hard time to give us a booth while they were multiple empty booths. I don't know if it was because there were only three of us? But she was being really difficult about it. And she would not talk to us. We were standing right in front of her, but she would talk to the other girl and she would have to talk to us. It really started our night off odd. We did get a booth in the bar and Jennifer was our server and she was magnificent. Great prices, excellent food! But I don't even know if it's worth making a reservation because they acted like they weren't even prepared for us. Every person there was fabulous, except for that girl who was just miserable the second you walked in and looked annoyed.

Our waiter was absolutely amazing - extremely friendly and patient! We ordered a bunch of appetizers and drinks and all were amazing. Definitely a great happy hour place to go to.

We we went there for a family visit. We had 12 people three of us had chicken Parm. It was cold and a small serving of spaghetti that was dry. Hardly any sauce we had to wait a long time for our food and when it was time to get the check, they had added on extra meal our server was trying her best, but kept forgetting some of our food

Great experience everytime here, food is great! Only downside is the service is very slow. Expect to be here at least an hour and a half.

Food was delicious, server was wonderful, Spooky Pazookie was awesome! Reservation time was 6:15 for 6 people, we waited for almost 45 minutes. Not sure why you would have the ability to make reservations if they weren't used. We waited only because we really wanted to try out BJ's.

Place is terribly managed. We have tried to eat here 3 times, every time something has been wrong. Cold food, then waiting forever for our food, now our wait time was off by an entire hour after we waited an hour already. Terrible.
