BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Had reservations and was seated right away but waiting to order took forever, getting are food took forever, getting dessert took forever... By the time I left it was almost 2 hours later. Will not be going back.

It's frustrating that when you have a disabled person who can barely walk and the hostess takes you past an open table right by her desk to an identical table at the FURTHEST end of the room. VERY INCONSIDERATE! They also have very few DISABILTY parking spots for the size of this restaurant and they are not that close to the only entrance. My salad came BEFORE our appetizer and drinks! The automated scan and pay system was unusually lengthy and frustrating. I am a customer, NOT their Cashier!

Worst dining experience I have ever had. Came for my graduation lunch and am embarrassed to have taken my family here. Our waitress was all over the place, took 30 minutes to get drinks. Beer was stale, no one ever got any refills. Food took over an hour was cold and deep dish pizza had no sauce. I have never had such a poor experience and was shocked that no one apologized for the lack of service and wait. Stay away from this restaurant!

Restaurant was nice and food was a little slow. Which ended up being returned. Cannot see paying for a cold piece of steak sorry. When it was remade it was tasty as well as sides. Bar tenders need to be assertive to making of drinks. Had to send back and have remade as well. Good thing is they tasted good after being remade. Server was ghostly at times. Had to ask other staff to get her to refill drinks as well and condiments.

We went there for Mother's Day as we have always enjoyed it and the menu has something for everyone. All of our meals were very good.

BJs is someplace we enjoy but the past two times have been very long waits for food after ordering. We get seated, get drinks and then it feels like you get forgotten about for a while! The food is very good but unfortunately something is not going very well with the kitchen turnaround time and servers checking in regularly..

Best dining experience because of our server, Lori. She was literally the most phenomenal waitress I’ve personally ever experienced in all my years of dining. I had my 2 year old son with me and the first thing she did was bring him some goldfish and a tiny cup of fruit to hold him over until our dinner was here. I didn’t have to ask, she just did it. Told us about the specials, made some drink recommendations, and asked if we wanted our son’s food out first. We said yes. She got us everything we asked for, in order that made sense and checked in on us frequently. The restaurant was decently busy so the level of attention we got made us feel like we were the only ones in there. When we were about done, she brought us everything we could have needed to take our appetizers and dinner to go, again without having to ask, she knew based on how often she was checking with us and asking questions, that we wanted to take everything home. Even packed up our dessert to go because our son was getting antsy at this point. He loved the music and was doing little dances and she would sing and dance along when she passed by our table. I mean seriously Lori was the best ever. We e been to this location in the past and all the other times weren’t impressive and truthfully disappointing for one reason or another. This experience has renewed my confidence in BJs and I will go back 100 times over. Give that woman a raise!

Clark was a GREAT server! He brought out snack plates for our kids with fruit and goldfish to hold them over until our food came. It made our experience amazing!

Generally speaking, BJ’s turns out a reasonable quality of pub style food. However, they recently changed their steak menu as dictated by corporate office, and the sirloin steak is not really a steak. It’s some unidentified chunk of meat that is not cut properly, doesn’t look anything like a steak and was absolutely disgusting. Corporate office needs to know this is an absolute failure.

My waitress Michelle was unbelievably amazing, she was super kind about my gluten allergy and pointed me in the right direction for a delicious meal!!! If you dine here ask for MICHELLE!!!

Ricky did an excellent job sharing options on the menu, accommodating a little one, and sharing the specials and deals. This is all in addition to his friendly personality, and his excellent service with drinks and bringing the bill out! 100/10 experience and would recommend dining. Ricky knocked it out of the park for us
