Fed Family tonight for their first time and they loved the food. Pizza was very good, especially the sweet hot pizza and the pizza fries!!! Kids loved it.

First and last time eating at this place. Music was too loud only thought Applebee’s played their music way too loud. The whole table’s food didn’t come out at once only half the table was served while the other half had to wait like 5 mins to get theirs. Burger was overcooked and dry too much of their special sauce on the bun. Probably to make the burger less dry. The fries were good. Depending on what you order your food is either served on a real plate or a metal cooking tray that you would put in the oven.

Absolutely, the food is great, generous portions and delicious. The only thing better is the greeter, Brianna and especially our server TJ. We look forward to every Tuesday to see them and enjoy the food. Not to mention the GM, David who wears so many hats to keep this restaurant prosperous and friendly.

This place has to be kidding!! We, a party of 4 waited almost 1.5 hrs.for a table and finally gave up. The place was only 1l2 full and they said they didnt have enough people to wait on those tables. Just imagine how long we would have waited for our food if we would have stayed. The hostess didn't seem to care at all.Wont be doing that again.

Today February 9th 2024, We were directed to the bar, as the restaurant appears to be understaffed, so we sat at the bar hoping for faster service. The female bartender at 4:21pm when I write this review was more preoccupied with some clients that appeared to be her acquaintances to say the least, than causing about anything we asked for, like our food and a couple of limes for our drinks., her other clients were attended to immediately and got Beverly poured shots (I have bartended before), when our other drink and food finally came was because another bartender helped us, but it was cold. I manage a hospital and pride myself on the customer service we provide, I will never come back here and will share with everyone I know. Do better!!!!!!Ps , it took me a while to write this post, and other than the appetizer the food or any acknowledgment from the server is yet to be here.
I've been here twice and I won't be going back. The first time I had some of the worst service I've ever had. A meal for 3 people, when there were less than 15 tables seated in total late on a weeknight, took 3+ hours. When I requested a dish without peppers and still got peppers, I was told it was my fault for not naming the type of pepper by name (pepperocini) which made no sense to me. After a few months we tried to go back and give them the benefit of the doubt; maybe things would be better. This time things ran quicker. But instead of a prickly pear drink, we were brought a beer. And we were brought the wrong salad. Instead of a fully vegetarian salad, my friend was brought one with tuna. I'm just glad it wasn't my order that was brought with fish since I'm heavily allergic.
The atmosphere here is very welcoming, I never been to a BJs Brewhouse before coming here, they make their own beers annd offer seasonal ones. The food great, I really enjoy the jambalaya and the ahi poke.Ask for Alyssa, she’s awesome and will give a a good laugh.

Had reservation so we were seated right away. Beer is reasonable cost for their "generous pour" of wine is more expensive than any other local restaurants as are the cocktails. That being said, we came to eat not drink! We had the prime rib dinner on Sunday. Requested medium rare and it was done perfectly. Dinner comes with two sides and soup/salad. Had one wedge salad and one garden salad. asked for fries / sides on a separate plate which didn't happen and fries got soggy. Asparagus was grilled and peppery; well cooked. Dessert was the strawberry pizookie and a white chocolate/ macadamia with vanilla ice cream.. so good! Had to wait for silverware and our waitress didn't check back to see if food was to our liking. Had to seek out someone to get silverware as well as for side plates to move the fries of the juicy meat plate. Well lit environment with lots of windows; music was a bit loud but nice mix. Overall, a good experience.

We showed up at about 9pm, place was packed but got right in to a Table. Server was Awesome and very Attentive. Food/ Drinks was great, especially the BJs Deep Dish Pizza. Loved the Music Selection as well. Highly recommend. Will be returning in the future!
