Got the spicy pepperoni original crust. Bottom was nice and crispy but the the toppings were very oily making them slide off when trying to eat or bite and had oil dripping out all over my hand. Tried a smore and just wasn’t right. They were busy and probably understaffed but the staff was great but several dirty tables.

Good, quick pizza. Had two family members with Celiac so were happy to be able to get gluten free pizza for them. Our server used fresh sauce, spoon, brush once we informed of allergy. Cooked on dedicated pan in oven and a clean pizza wheel was used to cut them when cooked. Thanks again for having the gf option. Regular pizza was good too.

This is going to sound crazy, but the Blaze in Newark, NJ, right on Broad Street in the thick of it is a better run restaurant, you would think Rochester, NY would get it right.
Employees are there. Nothing bad to say, just no emotion, no urgency.
Cleanliness is an opportunity in the dining area and in the kitchen. There wasn’t any music placing and the vibes just felt off.
There is a semi permanent sign saying they are cash only due to a weekly card machine update. Apparently this happens weekly in the middle of the week for the whole day. You can order via the app and pay, but they really wanted me to go get cash and pay….

You can have 5 stars when I can get some cheese on my pizza.......fresh mozzarella with no option to select extra cheese when ordering online also should not have to ask for extra cheese to get at least a normal amount of cheese. This is my second time ordering online here. Gluten free.
