I could have bought a frozen pizza from the dollar tree and cooked it in their oven- it would have been identical. Also prices charged were more than prices posted. When I pointed this out to staff, I was told that the sign was wrong and I had to pay the full price on the register. Waste of money!

Pretty lowkey and nice atmosphere. I’ve spent almost a year searching for a new build your own pizza shop and this is the best I’ve ever had! Great and friendly staff, great food and the best lemonade ever!

It's disappointing to write this review, since we've been coming to Blaze since it opened and it used to be so fantastic!
Came here after I had pre-ordered two pizzas online at 5:30pm. Half hour later, I arrive at the approximated pickup time. The restaurant is basically empty, with one other customer waiting. I noticed they were also having issues with their order. I told an employee I was picking up an order for two pizzas. They appeared backed up, but I still have no idea why. Another half hour goes by. By now, four other customers are also waiting for pizzas. Stuff is going in the oven, but nothing seems to be coming out, and no one is leaving with food, everyone is just waiting. Finally, my name is called, and they present me with a single pizza and apologize for the wait. I explain (again) that I was there to pick up TWO pizzas, not one. I look at (half) my order, which wasn't even made correctly and burnt. I ended up leaving without dinner.
I attempted to contact management about my experience but was unsuccessful. Really upsetting that this location has gone so far downhill.

Hands down the worst service ever. Pick up time was 4:18. There were a dozen people waiting for pick up. Pizzas hadn’t even been started which was announced by employee. Finally got it around 4:45. Had to wait again when I asked for the hot honey which was supposed to be on it. Employee was miserable and snapped at me. Too many other choices for food to waste my time at this establishment. Never again! Pizza was so burned it wasn’t even edible.

Great pizza chain The above is my original review done years ago. Unfortunately I have to change my original review. This location's has gone down precipitately. With the turnover in the employees the training has been bad. I have to watch them and direct them how to make the pizza. They are overly heavy handed with the ingredients and I have to tell them to moderate. I have actually had to return the pizza because of eat too much salt on it. As a person who has been coming here since the literal first day they opened, I cannot recommend them. This is a fault of training as the people themselves are nice and responsive.

Unprofessional and inefficient staff, delaying order for hours yet poorly made pizzas with missing toppings and serving cold and soggy pizzas! I would never go back again.
This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at this Blaze location.
First, when I got there, I asked for a bag, and they don't have anything. I had to balance three pizzas, two slippy caesar salads and a handful of side sauces all while holding my toddler's hand back to the car.
Second, my side sauces we NOT chili oil, they were hot sauces which was very disappointing because I love their chili oil.
Third, and this is so disgusting, I had a HUGE NASTY CLUMP OF HAIR in my caesar salad dressing cup!!! (see photo attached).
I am beyond disgusted by this and am very disappointed.

I do daycare most of my children eat whatever food but I have one that’s a vegan. I have to travel a special distance to get the vegan pizza from blaze it said the order would be available at 11 when I arrived at 11 the woman who said she was the manager told me that it wasn’t ready that they’re not open yet I said isn’t it 11 she said it’s 1157. I said OK I’ll wait Esau the oven. There was nothing in there. I said she said I couldn’t wait inside although the doors were open. I said I’m not going back outside it’s 10:57. She got rude. I got rude and it got terrible. She didn’t give me my pizza. She canceled the order. Of course she had never started it and that put me in aquarium because I had to go home to the one kid with no pizza that’s vegan. It’s bad enough. I have to travel to distance. I have to travel to make it a special occasion for a pizza day for my kids, but to be talked to the way that she talked to me. Once it started, I gave it right back to her, but she had no right to do that and say that she was the manager I counted on that order for my daycare kids I think she was mad because she had an order that should’ve been done at 11 and the store didn’t open until 11 and she was mad. That’s exactly what happened.

Blaze is consistently good with great gluten free crust choices. They’re fast, friendly, the offer a lot of choices to build your pizza, and they move people through quickly. No waiting, no hassle, build the pizza you want at a reasonable price. Would I love artisan mozz and meats, more flavorful sauce, of course. But it’s really good as is and it’s wrapped in choice and convenience.

I was looking for a pizza place with vegan cheese, this place did not disappoint. It was one of the BEST vegan cheese pizza I have tasted!!! and I have tried 30 plus places (including Disney). Clean restaurant and very nice employees.

We visited the Blaze in Henrietta on Jefferson Rd, first time in a few months we been there. First issue- The guy that finished putting topping on our pizza didn’t even acknowledge us as he was apparently too busy talking on the phone with his ear buds in.
Second issue was we sat in a booth and had little flies bothering us the whole time we were eating the wall next to us was dirty and little flies all over the wall.
We definitely ate fast and left, couldn’t stand the little flies, Won’t be back for awhile.
