Had been there a few times in the past. However this time was for Pi day. The staff was well prepared for the rush and had a nice flow going. The only issue was their registers froze. However we're able to get them up and running within 10 mins. Not something they could control. Pizza is amazing. So many options, sauce, cheeses and toppings. As well as topping sauces. Good fountain drink options and others for kiddos.Vegetarian options: They offer vegan cheese options as well as crust too (cauliflower esp)Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free crust options, as well as the above mentioned.Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway can be tight if a lot of people but a wheelchair should be able to move with some ease.

One of the best blaze franchises I have been to. The staff is very friendly and if you are a regular customer they remember what you like and add it even before you ask. They always serve with a smile and keeps the atmosphere very friendly. If I move out of Rochester I will definitely miss this place.

I am in town for a short visit and I wanted a decent but quick lunch option. I had heard about blaze pizza. I was intrigued and wanted to give them a try. My friend and I went in, and I said this was my first time being here. They quickly explained how the ordering took place. I was very impressed by the selection. From the crust to the sauce to the cheeses, and then the amazing amount of toppings that you could put on your pizza. The employees were very personable. They looked you in the eye, answered all questions and they also smiled. That was pleasantly refreshing. My friend ordered the meat lover special with pepperoni, red onion an somw sausage and I ordered the two topping special of mushrooms and banana peppers. I also had the regular sauce and added a bit of sea salt and oregano. After we paid, we proceeded to fill our glasses with our drinks, dr pepper and lemonade, and wait for our order to be ready. The saving areas wide open. Nothing to write home about but comfortable and clean. When our pizzas were ready, they were hot and tasted amazing. There was the perfect amount of cheese. I took half of my pizza home and my friend took a couple of pieces home. They had extra sides on the side.Such as garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, saracha, and oregano. I would definitely go back and think it will be fun Trying different combinations of toppings and sauces. There were several people eating in the restaurant before during an after we left. Several drivers came into pick up orders from an easily accessible pick up stand. Again, everything was fresh, and the service was fast, and the employees were very friendly.
Service is real quick! I had the green stripe pizza. Has cheese, peppers, pesto, arugula and chicken. It was pretty good. I added some pepper flakes and made it better. If you want a quick personal pizza, would rec.

It’s a hard no for me. $17 and some change with SMALL drink and 15% tip. Restrooms nasty! Also dust everywhere even on the napkin dispenser. Pizza was mediocre and was cold. Also weird burnt flakes residue on the bottom of pizza. Left a black and grey mess on my hands. Finished pizza bc I was starving but sad that this was my cheat meal of choice of the week. Won’t be coming back. EVER.

to have a pizza built up according to your instructions is the best. The staff is very flexible assisting with ingredients like fresh minced fresh garlic, extra sauce etc. their oven cooks with fire to make it fast, but well cooked. The pizzas are personal size but big enough for good sized appetites. Though it for The cauliflower crust was off the chart delicious.Kid-friendliness: It’s got a large dining in facility. You order, pay, and then seat yourself. I believe the staff brings it to your table when finished so that makes it easy with kids.
We love Blaze, pizza made your way. Great people.
