Got takeout a few weeks ago and seriously was disappointed. I was expecting great food cause they have over four stars. We got chicken and pork bao, ban mi, and chicken pho. Both bao and pho were absolutely not good. The ban mi was the only thing that was good.

Came here with a small group a few weekends ago on an off hour and it was empty inside. They had this ambient music going on the whole time on the big TV behind us and it was like I was waiting for a spa appointment or something...
Ordered online using the QR code (it's that or use the kiosk) and the food took a while, but maybe they had a lot of takeout orders. Was delivered by a robot type thing. Food was good, and at least what I got was very inexpensive - I had the tofu banh mi and split the scallion pancake and veggie dumplings appetizers with the group. Definitely more things on the menu I'd like to try, but the atmosphere was kind of weird.
There was one person at the front counter, I assume dealing with takeout orders and other things, so there was no actual waitstaff. Utensils were self serve but they didn't have any napkins unless you got the disposable utensil packets.

Fantastic food with fresh and tasty ingredients. Fantastic service, and dedicated owners. I highly recommend trying anything from here. I have had the Sandwiches which are hand down amazing, the bread itself is a 10of10. I have also had the duck soup, I recommend leaving the red pepper alone if you don't like spice. also the spring rolls are to die for. Hands down a new favorite of mine.

First time going here. The staff were friendly and inviting. I got the spring rolls and the bành mi. They both were out of this world. The spring rolls were super fresh, and the sauce had just the right heat. The sandwich was super huge and full of fresh veggies. I got the pork. I would definitely recommend trying anything here. Also the bread was super fresh and definitely made from scratch. ?

Always an easy go to! It's a hole in the wall, worth it if you have time it is a small operation but they do it well! Owner is lovely! Highly recommend. The banhmi!

loved this place!! all the food was yummy, staff are really sweet. ordering was easy through the system. tons of clearly labeled vegan options.
I also appreciate that they have a grocery section and that you can buy some things frozen to take home.
If you never had and are interested in Vietnamese food or love Vietnamese food, you should give this place a try. Cool little robot server, which we didn't get to see in action. Kinda bummed about that. They don't have physical menus, but you can order from the table using a qr code scan or from a kiosk. But, the food was delicious, we BOTH were able to get a dish we liked. Vegan dishes and omnivore options. And, it was reasonably priced, generous portions.Very nice employees, and very tidy.

I absolutely love Blue Taro!! The food is delicious and fresh, plus the staff is always so kind and helpful!! They have so many awesome vegan options, the banh mi and vegan buns are a must try, and such a great price!
