Breakfast is great except the green peppers and onions cut up into squares and semi raw.
I like my sandwich with sliced fixing and sauteed.
The customer service is ok. However, they rush you when taking the orders. Sometimes I want to know a price on something else other than my usual. The place itself is roomy and cozy and if I wasn't on my way to work I would sit in and eat. Very spacious.

I was very disappointed in my BLT. 4 very small pieces of bacon fries were fresh and still mushy. I will definitely not be back. Central Park diner is 100x better

Stopped by Brooks Landing Diner while I was in town, and I have to say, it was such a great experience! The owner is incredibly sweet and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The place has a really cozy vibe, and the food hit the spot.
Even though I’m not from the area, I’ll definitely make it a point to come back here whenever I’m in Rochester. Highly recommend this diner if you’re looking for a welcoming place with great food!

The food is almost always generally good and on time. The woman on the phone has been on multiple occasions rude and dismissive. It’s under new management from the previous korean owners/operators. Good food, customer service needs improvement.

I specifically searched for a restaurant with HOMEMADE corned beef hash. Well not only does this restaurant promote it, they even have a picture on their menu of this so called "homemade" corned beef hash that has peppers and onions. LOOKED tasty, so I ordered. Only to receive CANNED corned beef. When I called and spoke to the "MANAGER" she said to me, and I quote "well thats what we offer" and hung up the phone. When I called back to let her know she hung up, she did it AGAIN. And then blocked my number. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER EVER AGAIN. This place should be closed.

The customer service has gone down hill the first few times I went the food was great, customer service was great no complaints, the next few times , I order the same thing ive been ordering and now the price has increased a little each time. After 3 times of placing the same order in 3 weeks and my price going up each time, I call the diner to see why the prices are increasing. I was told by a young (younger) female on the phone that If I didnt like the prices I could have went and bought the stuff and cooked it my self. It took everything in me not to go back to the diner because of how rude and unprofessional her comment was. My food was cold, the sausage was burnt and rock hard, the fish had no seasoning and tasted like it was fried in old fish oil. Now this was back in September 2023 but I have refused to go back and every time I think hmm maybe ill give them another try, I see another TERRIBLE REVIEW WITH PICTURES INCLUDED on how rude the service is and how little portion the food is compared to the prices. Very disappointing when trying to support businesses. I have taken my business to Killa’s Kitchen on Plymouth where there customer service is 1000 times better.

The breakfast looks good overall I didn’t eat and won’t be returning due to them forgetting my grits and cheese I paid 18 dollars for this and the manager was very unprofessional the way she spoke to me than she hung up before I can get another word out just rude as they come just because it’s black owned now don’t mean bring the ghetto respectfully I give the atmosphere at 4 because I been going there for years before the switch up place looks the same

This was the biggest waste of money, frozen tenders on the chicken and waffles, soggiest piece of French toast. I ordered ahead at 9 for 12:30 and it came thirty minutes late, eggs looked like a special ed leprechaun ate Asparagus and threw it up out of its behind.
I ordered pancakes and beef sausage. The pancakes were lightly cooked, not hot off the grill, so the margarine did not melt when spread over them. The inside of the pancakes was doughy. The beef sausage was hard and slightly butnt. I expect food that I order at a diner to be as good as mine or better.
I must admit the waitress was patient and pleasant and provided nice setvice. She mentioned at checkout that I had not eaten my pancakes. I told her why, and she said she could have replaced them.
I am sure that there are regular customers who like the food and get good food. Unfortunately, I did not, and I am not that courageous to try again.
